Modern Mexican fare served in a funky bi-level space decked in murals & colorful skull art.

My husband and I had dinner here this past Valentines Day. Service is amazing. We found our server to be very attentive and polite. For that, they get 5 stars.
The atmosphere was really great as well. Not super noisy so it was easy to chat and hear each other speak. I love the bar tower and the decor. It was really very nice. For that they also get 5 stars.
I ordered the chicken fajita. It was delicious and well seasoned. As an appetizer, we also ordered the Birria fries. I could have only had that to eat and I would have been satisfied. They were amazing. For dessert, we ordered the tres leches with Avocado Ice Cream… yes Avocado… try it! It’s absolutely delicious! My husband ordered the Barbecue Ribs… this is where the 3 stars comes from. They were very dry and burnt … maybe left on the grill a little too long. Sadly he didn’t eat as much as he would have liked to.
Overall not a bad place at all. May have just been an off day for the ribs as everything else was great.
I still highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a great meal and fun environment.

Nice place, the shrimp BLT with yuca fries I had was really good. Drinks are good here too.

Ugh where to start. Food is good but management is literally AWFUL. I don’t believe these managers actually like customers because they way they behave. They’re also very judgmental. Food is good and I love how beautiful this restaurant looks but I hesitate going because it’s never pleasant. I think most of those gentlemen (tall skinny guy with suit, 2 short men with glasses) shouldn’t work in customer service. The waiters and waitresses are nice. Here’s a pic of my meal. I ask to add avocado to my tacos they charged me 4.24 for a quarter slice of avocado.

Very nice Mexican style restaurant. The food and drinks are a bit pricey. Everything was delicious. There is a charge for salsa. Service was great . Disappointed that I asked for a cozy table as we were celebrating an anniversary and was seated at an open window in a very busy part of the restaurant with cars pulling in and out of parking spots instead of a plush booth.

Torre nails the look I’ll give them that. The place is stylish, vibrant, and clearly designed to impress your Tinder date or in laws you barely tolerate. The staff is on point too friendly, attentive, and ready to walk you through a menu that reads better than it tastes.
Now, about that food. Imagine something that looks decent, sounds fancy, but tastes like it lost its will to live somewhere between the prep station and your plate. Everything felt just a little too bland, a little too fridge chilled, like it had been prepped during last week’s lunch rush and kept on standby just in case someone ordered it again.
Torre feels like what would happen if Applebee’s put on a designer suit and charged triple. The vibe says date night, but the food says “microwaved leftovers.” Maybe I caught them on an off night or maybe they’ve just gotten comfortable riding the wave of being the nice looking”
spot in town. Either way, for these prices, I’d rather roll the dice at a taco truck with a line around the block.

Absolutely adore Torre every time I come! I have been visiting since 2019, which I believe is when it opened. The atmosphere is super fun, amazing drinks, delicious food, and fantastic service. This is the place to spend your evening for sure!

Been to Torre about 4 times before our latest visit. All those visit were very enjoyable. Food was always nicely prepared and delicious. Service was always fast and friendly and the cocktails were on point. However, they just updated their menu and there are problems with it. First, the have removed accompaniments from the main entrees. All sides are now an extra $5 – $6. My friend ordered the Carne Asada ($34.50). Wish I took a pic , but I can tell you it was quite disappointing. Not sure what the weight of the piece of skirt steak was supposed to be but it was about a 5” x 1/2” cut. The plate came out with that pieces of steak, a small container of chimichurri sauce, and 5 yucca fries. It was kind of shocking how anemic the plate looked. I had the bistec de res ($34.50). The ribeye was ok. It was cooked to my preference but was not juicy and tender as a ribeye should be. Also, the Mexican street corn was not good. Everyone tried it and couldn’t put their finger on that was off about it but all agreed it wasn’t good. My partner had the Enfrijoladas de carne (21.90). Again, the plate came out with 2 enchiladas and a side of the black bean cheese sauce and nothing else. I really have never been to a Mexican restaurant where they don’t a least give you a side of something to go with your entree. Beans or rice or a salad, something. Now they are completely a al carte. Sorry Torre, but you are not that level of restaurant. On a positive note, the Margaritas were very good. The service was friendly but not very attentive. We had 5PM reservations which are very early reservations for us but it was due to friends time restrictions, but it wasn’t the peak dinner time so I don’t understand the inattentiveness. Unfortunately, this may be our last time at a place that we used to enjoy.

Review for Torre (Bethlehem, PA)
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐ (3/5)
The Good: The food was actually quite good and flavorful. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and the meal itself met expectations.
The Bad: Unfortunately, the drink experience was terrible. I ordered a Corona on draft that was undrinkable—it tasted old, flat, and was served warm. I asked to swap it for a bottled beer, but by then, the experience was already ruined. It’s disappointing that a place with such good food fails at something as basic as keeping their beer fresh and ice-cold.
Verdict: I’d come back for the food, but I definitely won’t be ordering a beer here again until they fix their draft system and cooling.
