Waited 10 minutes to order even though there was no one in line, very few orders coming out, and 1 car in the drive thru. Cashier waited till after we ordered and got cups to tell us there was no ice for the drinks, and of course the drink coming out of the fountain was warm, and yes for me that’s a problem, I want my beverage to be cold when I eat. All the cashier had to do was inform me and would have just went somewhere else instead of being uninformed and leaving a bad review due to that. We then waited over 10 minutes for our food to be ready even though there were very little traffic inside and out, and the food was subpar, terribly sloppy and heavily overcooked chicken sandwich to the point of almost burnt, and very little fries given.
To be fair it was a Friday evening and I expected delays because of being busy, this was not the case. The delays were more due to hiring younger folks that would rather conversate with their friends than do their job properly. When your business is food with drinks, informing someone that they can’t have a cold drink with their meal is a pretty important thing, a simple 5 seconds of “hey we do not have ice for the drinks” would be the proper thing to do, the bad part is I really suspect the ice machine wasn’t the issue, but a staff that did not want to do their job properly was the issue.

We went inside and eat one time. It was actually nasty dirty. We’ve got wings there several times that were good but other things we’ve gotten there not so good surf and turf was just a soggy mess when we got at home.

Before this evening, 1/2/26 around 7:45pm, I held Zaxbys higher up than Chick-fil-A but this store changed it. The lady at the call box was rude, tried to yell at my girlfriend and I left the drive thru and went into the store to avoid a confrontation. The lady was maybe 19 years old, semi dark completion, short, stubby and heavyset. She had a massive attitude and when I talked to the manager Erik, he couldn’t be bothered. So we left. When you get a store that’s run by the average age of 20, you lose customers. Heading to Chick-fil-A for a while.

Saturday May 10th at 3:30pm Very dirty and waiting 30 minutes for three milkshakes. You can see employees sagging and pants down low. no hat or hairnet on. Employees were wearing jeans with multiple big holes in them. A customer said Sir to the manager 3 or 4 times and the manager ignored all of us and walked on to the back.

Gross!! Tables, floors counters covered in sticky dried drink, trash littered everywhere. Everyone just standing around on heir phones instead of helping people, guy in kitchen was picking his nose.

They completely forgot one of my orders so I had to drive 14 miles round-trip to go back and get it and they didn’t even offer a free drink or anything. I’ve worked fast food and when you screw up, you should own up to it and go the extra mile to make it right. Not going to eat there again.

I went with my family it was 5 of us first of all food was cold and we ordered some shakes wich we recived them half way with ice cream other half whipped cream our order was about 70 dollars but to eat cold food and half way milkshakes it was definetly not worth it and its not the first time our orders are like this maybe a handful of times they have actually been correct and food hot but very dissapointed

I don’t know what happened to this Zaxby’s! Where’s a health inspector when you need one?!? Cook handling food with no gloves, staff don’t acknowledge you when you are waiting to order, and tables are all dirty! Seriously Dissapointed! Did not order, just walked out!

I almost threw up..I was eating this boneless piece of chicken..the texture was weird..opened it up and it’s green. That’s disgusting. I called several times no answer.
