The absolute WORST jack n the box I’ve ever been to. Their fries are always cold .. NEVER FRESH. The service is horrible! Everyone always has an attitude. They don’t listen nor do they take orders well. I don’t know if the drive thru speaker is messed up but my orders have all been WRONG and cold the few times that I have been to this specific location. Do not recommend at all a complete waste of money and time.

This is a very clean store. Staff are ok, courteous but not exactly friendly. No small talk allowed apparently. Just order and move away.
They moved most of the tables onto a big pile in the corner where the self service beverages used to be, and have yellow caution tape around it to keep you away.
Not a warm fuzzy experience but food was satisfying.

Food was HORRIBLE the chicken from spicy chicken sandwich was so old and cold curly fries were cold as well mind you live 3 houses down lol so I know it should of not been cold at all idk if it was just the prep members or what

I think it was the manager that helped me She was nice but she I guess she didn’t understand English well because she didn’t give me the stuff that I asked her for the atmosphere it was just kind of dirty and they messed up my sandwich they scrambled my egg instead of making it over medium

Every time I go here the restroom is always not all that great dirty etcetera. The other day I went and the toilet was clogged nasty in addition to that there was no soap, food is okay though but if they arent putting soap, taking care of the men’s restroom what does that tell you that the employees are not washing their hands right

Expect to receive less sauce and condiments when you order two munchie meals, that’s a lot of food by the way and they will not give you napkins. I was rushed to move up after my food was given to me and received nothing but attitude from the women working at the window between 1:40 and 2:15 pm. I just want them to know I’m not your boyfriend or husband I’m a customer, also I didn’t fill out a jacknthebox application, so if you don’t like it there then quit your job and give to someone who wants show quality customer service.
