This place is always so slow and this morning we got an egg that was green in the middle. We called and said it was normal? I don’t get it.
Update:
I tried it again. I regret it. They forgot the happy meal and blamed it on us. Got home again and checked our bag and they forgot the double cheeseburger. I called and she said we should double check our stuff and send the whole bag back so they can check it. They should double check themselves. It’s not our job to check it they should know how to read.

Ordered 2 Big Breakfasts. One had a potato BOARD that was absolutely so hard and cold that we suspect it was placed in the bag as a prank! Unable to reach ANYONE there by phone to complain. Also tried calling the gas station. They don’t answer either. WARNING: This location has absolutely NO Quality Assurance!

Went in and ordered our evening meal at McDonald’s in Spring City, Tn the food was awful looking had to be trashed I drove around 8 miles to get it and trashed it as no one would answer the number listed on the walk to call that said .. if your order is wrong we want to make it right. The items listed below were served and trashed. Do they care I don’t think so

Food is always cold, never right and always tastes old and takes forever for your food to be given to you. Some of the employees are nice but some are just down right rude and honestly need to consider different career paths. The dining room usually has a funny odor and there’s not much seating. Overall would rate 0 star if I could but that’s not an option and would NOT recommend anyone to eat there. Not worth the time

Typical McDonald’s. Dining area is small. Service was a little slow but there were a number of customers present. Left out one of the items ordered. Have to ask for condiments. Would have been disappointments for a to-go request. Restrooms located in the attached restaurant were clean and stocked.

Went inside and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes without an employee coming out aside from the two employees (maybe?) on break that were in the lobby with me. I was the only customer in the restaurant. The kiosks were broken and I got tired of waiting for an employee, so I ordered on my app while standing at the counter. About 15 minutes later my food was still not out, still no employees came out. I went to the counter and made eye contact with an employee in the back and they were just walking around, still didn’t say anything to me. Finally got an employees attention and asked about my food, it was already done and just sitting in the back. There was also another customer waiting for their order to be taken at this point, I told them she was waiting and an employee just walked past me into the gas station and rolled his eyes. 0/10

I’m was very disappointed. The manager was on shift and let me wait over 5 minutes before her staff seen me. I ordered. 6a which was a snack wrap meal. The staff taking out order seemed under the influence of something because nothing I said was making since. They were spaced out. Got to my car to see they couldn’t even count correctly and I was missing a snack wrap. So I went back in to ask for it. Upon returning the car less than 3 minutes later I realized my fries were cold. I lost my appetite and needless to say I will not go back to this location.

Melissa has gone beyond for me ! I cannot explain to you how much I have seen Melissa go above and beyond for Yes several people (I believe)there are two Melissa‘s and both of them are phenomenal. Either way I know the one manager Melissa is an amazing manager. She is constantly on the ball. She is constantly moving and encouraging her employees and going above and beyond for all of her customers! This is an extremely busy McDonald’s with very few workers and they make it work!!!

so far have waited for 26 minutes and no food yet. the manager Allison was ruded. I ordered at 2:906 it is now 2 :34. still no food.2:38. Told that their machine has messed up the order. And they cannot fill it now 32 minutes. Wasted, I do not recommend this McDonald’s. Unfortunately, this is pretty par for the course and seems to happen. More often than not, there’s always some problem in there. I know people who have been told Don’t apply there because of the management
