Pretty decent chipotle! We are from out of town, and stopped for some lunch while driving through. Other than the chicken being a little salty compared to what we are used to, everything was fresh and delicious. Portions were large. The person taking orders could be a little friendlier, but the guy who checked us out was very nice.

Holy cilantro. You could dial back on it by 70%. it’s meant to be a flavor enhancer and a garnish, not the entire meal. Whoever is management at this facility needs to make sure their employees aren’t ruining people’s food because they don’t understand how to flavor the food correctly. I couldn’t even enjoy my burrito bowl or pico dip.

Stopped by to get my son a late lunch. He ordered a bowl with rice, steak and black beans and a small soda. $17! And the portion size was ridiculously small. The container was not even half way filled. And all of the employees are actively frowning and look like they’re in pain. Service was very slow. What a horrible experience. Who in their right mind pays for this overpriced rice and beans and crappy attitudes? We will not be back!

Worst. Experience. Ever.
I went to this Chipotle to order a chicken quesadilla and they told me it was an online exclusive item. I asked the young man working the assembly line (working 9/2/25 @8:30pm) if he thought it was odd that I could stand right in front of him and order the quesadilla on my phone instead of asking for it face to face (which—to me at least—is the epitome of customer service). Instead, the worker said he could only make the kid’s quesadilla if I was going to order in person. The kid’s quesadilla has the exact same ingredients as a regular quesadilla and they carry the full size quesadillas online so it seems reasonable to me that they could make an exception. The result: I received a kids quesadilla which was melted to the tinfoil it was packed in (see photo). In addition, they were out of veggies and every meat except chicken. I made the mistake of visiting the bathroom which appeared to be in shambles. It’s safe to sayI will never be visiting this location again and would recommend that others stay away.

Just went in for a burrito the girl couldn’t get everything into it so I politely ask for it to be double wrapped trying to be polite and pointed out the fact that not everything was gonna fit inside it. She was very quiet and obviously struggling. I felt bad, but now I have two tortillas and a bunch of loose ingredients that was not what I ordered

The portion was half of what I normally receive at a chipotle. Ended up having to spend $20 for a normal sized bowl because they “had to charge for double meat” I think it’s ridiculous to spend $20 on a bowl that still wasn’t even full. It was still delicious but they’ve got to fix portion size!

ISO FOOD. A recent experience at this location left me empty in two ways, my wallet as well as my stomach. What a disappointment with the portion size…even after paying extra for more protein. 3 pieces of chicken Almost wondering if the staff is afraid of those metal spoons. Total confusion what their job is, to serve the customer and want a return visit. Two thumbs down !

When asking for grilled veggies I was told they were out with out the rep even looking to see if more was made. Then when I asked for lettuce I was told they were out. And it was an issue when I asked to check for more. And in fact there were more available in tth back. Then when putting the lettuce on i barely got any. Then I asked for side sour cream and salsa. She gave me pico instead of salsa. I asked for salsa instead and pointed at the one I wanted and her response was they are all salsa and still didn’t give me the right one. Will not be going back to this location. There is always an issue.

I order two burrito bowls. I order it with white rice. Dude tells me he doesnt have white rice and will not have white rice. So I had to have it with brown rice. Ordered double protein, got half scoops of each protein. Asked for fajita veggies. He doesnt have veggies. Asked when are the veggies coming out. He could not get an answer for me. I was pretty persistent about when things are getting refilled. He did not want to give me an answer. Im honestly dumbfounded that I even paid for the bowls. Quite disappointed with my experience with this chipotle. Rude customer service. Not accommodating at all. If a customer is ordering something they want, inform them/me when stuff will be ready to order and I’ll wait and not rush my through the line. Unacceptable.
