This location has truly gone downhill since I have moved to Hampton back in 1996. Apparently each cycle of employees and managers do whatever they want during business hours, and the app means nothing. Every single time I go through drive through something is wrong with my order, we end up sitting there for 15 plus minutes, or longer. So last night my husband ordered through the app and I went to pick it up curbside, not drive through. Checked in at 10:12, I watched them get 7 cars through the line, yet i was still sitting there. About 1030pm the drive through girl started waving for me to drive back around and come through drive through….I did not because there was cars still in the drive through line. I ended up walking over to the side door where the employees had been coming out that whole time to give the cars their food. There is a sign on the door says that the dinning room is suppose to be open until 11pm, yet was closed with employees just sitting there on the window ledge. I tell them I want a manager because at this point its ridiculous that I haven’t gotten my food and was expected to get into the drive through line when I ordered curbside for that exact reason. A tall, older black man came to the door with my food saying that he was the manger and that he doesn’t let his employees outside after 10pm (yet I watched them run up and down that side walk trying to get their line gone). So they can walk to the sidewalk but not to the well lit designated parking spaces? Nothing about my interaction last night made sense but I should have expit from this location.

Argggh!! My order# is 1362. Once I received my order, I checked it just as I was about to pull off and stopped. I waived down the manager/team leader at the window and told him my order was short a sausage egg mcmuffin, his first response was one to piss me off. He said she charged you for one. Now normally a person like him would ask to see the receipt and then go from there, however this individual did not do what normal people do. He then again ask for the receipt and then the bag. My total interaction with this incident is “IS THIS SERVICE WHAT WE PAY FOR WHEN WE COME TO YOUR RESTAURANT.” It shouldn’t be. Maybe McDonalds has been overwhelmed with too many people that don’t have customer service skills. SMH, at a different location, just two weeks prior, they forgot to include my quarter pounder. So while McDonalds has at one point been a quality control service type of restaurant. Today is not that anymore. Anybody and anyway. Better off somewhere else. Good Riddance!!!!!!

hire people that actually Pay attention to the order they’re fixing or learn how to read whatever it may be it would be helpful I guarantee. when you order a burger without something sometimes it’s because of an allergy not a personal choice thanks for wasting my time, my money and food Thank God for the apple pie you can’t mess that up #NOPICKLES

Got two big breakfast’s order made and brought to table straight from kitchen and missing items. There are no condiments here and you must ask for anything you want. No napkins no ketchup no jelly no drink machine no salt/pepper no one to take your order.

The worst McDonald’s I ever buy food from the guy who is taking orders at the drive-through speak like he don’t want to be there working, I ordered an iced coffee and I still figured it out what they give me, my order was incomplete. They charged me for what I ordered and they don’t give me my order complete!

I’d give zero stars if I could.. trash, overpriced food and bad customer service. Filet-o-fish had less than a half slice of cheese with nearly no tartar sauce. I was literally given a HALF cup of soda and offered a cup of ice to compensate for the soda I paid for. The employees and managers are garbage!

Do NOT doordash any orders!! The left off drinks and filled all fries to below half the containers, childresn happy meals missing and only refunded what was missing, even though entirety of order was ruined! Considering McDonald’s cannot do something right on Christmas eve but they aren’t going to fire those employees who deserve to have no job! It’s not hard to put fries in a bag, in a basket, push a button and pack in a box! But McDonald’s doesn’t know how to hire competence. And instead if checking their cameras for this location and cameras, they either will say nothing or some bull crap about contacting them directly. Just another loop to extend solving any problems.

Great easy cheap options for adults and children. Its cheaper to buy the 5$ meal burger or mc chicken fries drink and a 4 piece nugget. It’s a deal! Go get you some plus its filling even if you need two of those meals its still under 20 bucks!!

This has to be the worst McDonalds ever in the entire damn peninsula. How is it that the manager is gonna get an attitude with me just because I’m trying to get a specific change in my big mac? And then I have to wait 20 minutes for a single combo while my parter has to wait even longer, and then the burger, (which btw i also ordered with no pickles and they gave me the mcpickle pounder) it tastes like trash, old grease and burnt patties. 0/10 just demolish the place at this point.
