The reason I didn’t give a 5 star on food is the flavor. I prefer a different flavor. However it wasn’t bad. Might be the flavor you enjoy. The salsa is very mild. Clean restaurant with friendly staff. Plenty of food.

Pros: the Shrimp tacos were good. Def Tex Mex flavors but also I was STARVING bc it took 84 years to get our food.
The decor is simple, but nice.

Then there’s the cons..ohhhh lordy…
Note: We came in with a large party. Ive worked in every position of a restaurant before so am understanding about things. Majority of our party was laid back, understanding people but this was one of the worst experiences of service and managing (or lack thereof) Ive ever seen.

-Took almost a whole hour for me to get ONE root beer. Refills were pretty much non existent for everyone.
-Salsa was lacking in flavor and left alot to be desired
-The food came out sporadically. A tray of entrees were brought out and just left on the tray stand! Finally someone from our party got up and doled them out to the appropriate people so they werent ice cold. Yes. A patron, NOT our server(s). That blew my mind. It sat for at least 5 mins before she decided to take matters into her own hands, literally.
-pretty much nobody got their side of beans despite it being asked for multiple times. I think only myself and like 1 or 2 other people ended up getting any.

From drinks, to ordering, food delivered, to paying our check…everything took four scores and seven years. (3 hours) We were all ready to leave an hour before we actually could.

When you have a party this large, you have all hands on deck. You get bus boys refilling and dropping drinks if needed (besides alcohol of course.) This way servers can focus on orders and requests. As a manager, they should’ve been helping in any capacity possible. None of this happened. Maybe I have a different approach to managing in the food industry, but this was just such a terrible experience. Thankfully it didnt ruin the special occasion but it definitely left an air of frustration and dampened what could have been a really amazing lunch. Will never return nor recommend this place to anyone unfortunately.

We usually love Cristina’s, but we made the mistake of doing an online order. Our daughter’s cheeseburger bun was so hard that she couldn’t even bite through it (heck I could hardly even break it with my hands). My son ordered the chicken and cheese kids taquito (in a crispy corn tortilla) and he got a regular flour tortilla with 4 grilled chicken strips in it, no cheese, and definitely not a crispy corn tortilla..?? I ordered a plate that comes with rice, and didn’t receive any rice whatsoever.

Overall it was a complete disaster of an order. Normally we love Cristina’s but we will never be ordering out again, and it will be a while before we dine in again too.

We enjoyed this place. It was clean and not overcrowded. Food was very tasty and the tortillas are freshly made. Chips and Salsa were given before meal with a picante sauce. Sadly no spicy version was given. 1 and 1 would have been great. Prices are a little high for being lunch specials. The only real disappointment was that there is no fresh lemonade at a “fine” Mexican restaurant. How?

Food and general ambiance was good.

Service was incredibly lacking:
-Asked if they could change the channel and was handed the remote. No one knew how to change the channel.
-Ordered lemonade and was delivered pink lemonade. I asked if that was the only type they had, and she said yes. When I had to ask for a refill from another server, they brought yellow lemonade.
-Drinks not refilled
-My kid’s hotdog bun was old and extremely hard. We had to ask for a new one.
-After she brought the appetizer, she didn’t ask us for our order, even though we were ready. We had to flag her down much later.
-Ordered the fundido and I’m pretty sure the little flame canester is supposed to be lit at the bottom…it was not.
-She never really checked on us to see if we needed anything or ask how the food was.

Unfortunately the service on this day was slow. Took forever to get drinks and should have known. There were a lot of people with chips and salsa but no food or drinks when we arrived. It took about 10-15 to get drinks and the food took a little longer. They were very apologetic and friendly. The food was great! No complaints on the food.

I ordered them from Doordash for the first time and let me tell you, this is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had! Mexican food is my favorite cuisine and this food is fantastic! Tamales are my favorite food so I’m very picky but they have some of the best tamales I have ever had! I will definitely be going to the actual restaurant and dining in very soon!

Maybe it was my mistake for assuming a chicken fajita quesadilla would include onions and green peppers, but mine didn’t have either. I also couldn’t find the pico that was supposed to come with it. Overall, it was very bland and reminded me more of a basic quesadilla you’d make for a kid than a fajita quesadilla.
