I ordered the cranberry walnut chicken salad pick two!! The sandwich looked like it was made in a rush, a mound of chicken salad on half the bread and both slices of bread were torn in the middle making the sandwich a mess to eat! Panera known for their bread to serve this poorly executed sandwich was disappointing! On a positive note the chicken salad had an excellent flavor!!

Gross? Stale? Disgusting? Not sure which word to use but all apply to this location!!
My first baguette was stale, hard as a rock. Exchanged it for a fresh one, which the employee was nice about, but now this one is undercooked and doughy!
The soup also is a consistency/texture that never once in my 20 years of eating panera have I seen.
Grainy, lumpy, similar look to vomit. The taste was also SICKENING, obviously old soup or old ingredients, something isn’t right.
Now leaving, still hungry, and worried I may be sick.

Placed a pick up order on the app the app was easy enough to use and it said it would be ready within 10 minutes. The line was long and slow but I think that was because someone ordered the whole menu because after that car it was boom boom boom. I had 1/2 the bacon rancher which was Amazing. And half a French ciabatta dipper the meat on the dipper was dry and I found a few different pieces of bone in the sandwich. I don’t like surprises in my sandwiches so I didn’t eat the dipper after my second bite in a row had a bone in it. If you go avoid the dipper but get the Rancher it’s amazing without it this would be a 1star review

FOOD CRIMES, Y’all committed food crimes. I was feeling icky, it was cold and I’m like “you know what, it’s a soup kinda day” so I got broccoli cheddar soup in the drive through. I get home and it’s got the consistency of tap water. Like if you’re out just tell me and I’ll get a different soup. Don’t just add hot water to make it stretch. I’ve had Panera’s broccoli cheddar soup before and this ain’t it. This is white water with broccoli bobbing around in it and doesn’t taste right because it’s been watered down.

The bagels are just a white bread, light and fluffy.
The staff were friendly to start. But, they got sissy when after 10 minutes I asked at the counter were our order was. ‘OH, we called twice’. When I said we were seated and did not hear she replied ‘that was your problem.’
I will avoid Panera Bread whenever possible…very low expectations for quality and service.

I ordered two toasted Bagels and when I picked them up I asked for Peanut butter and Orange Marmalade, and I was informed that they only serve butter or cream cheese. My wife and I are both allergic to dairy so neither one was an option for us. I guesss we are used to going to a real place like Bagel King for a bagel and coffee. Our last time here!

Cincy for the price go somewhere else. First of all, there was barely any chicken second of all there’s huge chunks of the stock from the lettuce. For the price Culver’s is way better they give you more chicken they give you more salad and they don’t give you the leftover part of the lettuce that you would throw away.

Manager, Katherine, wants to blame Uber eats for their lack of paying attention to order notes and forgetting our free butter. She made sure to tell us there was nothing she could do for an item that has no monetary value. Can’t send a new order out since they use third party. While on the phone with her, my boyfriend presented this avocado to me from his sandwich. She offered a refund, but then immediately made it a difficult process by telling me that refunds can’t be done over the phone.
She has no empathy and offered no solutions to fix the problem at hand, just coupons/discounts for future visits to spend more money at somewhere we know does not care about their customers.
I asked to speak to her supervisor and she gave me “the office” phone number and no person to speak with directly. The office is closed today.

The Panera bread locations in the corner of Oviedo Michelle Hommick. I always love their food especially the chicken BLT with Avocado and creamy tomatoes. I bever had anybad food at Panera bread. I will give them 5 stars. Thank you.
