Food and milkshakes were great. Unfortunately I will leave a one star review for any kiosk that asks me for a tip. I am literally doing more than I used to do (no one here will take your order) and you have the audacity to ask me to supplement your employees wages. How about you pay them more? Tip culture must go.

Had a great time at this location! Never been to S&S before in my life and I was pleasantly surprised! I got the double bacon burger and husband got BBQ burger. The shoestring fries were delicious. SUPER clean restaurant, kiosk ordering was a breeze, and we got our food sooo fast. We also went around 9pm, so no one else was there, but we had a great time! Chocolate shake was fantastic.

Probably the best Steak and Shake I’ve ever eaten in. A 100 health inspection was proudly displayed when you go in. Ordered through their kiosk and our food was promptly ready. The burgers, fries and shakes were great and exactly as ordered. Outstanding.

Just lost a customer. The food used to be good, and that’s why we kept coming here. Today was an embarrassment of a hamburger, the patty was so thin you could practically see through it. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger and even with two patties you could still see right through them. Like my husband said, the patty was thinner than the bill he paid for.
We came in starving and left still hungry. Horrible. What a scam.
It’s no surprise the place is always empty. At this rate, it’ll be closing soon, because I’m sure plenty of customers have had the same disappointing experience.

Not the Steak ‘n Shake you remember from the 90’s. You now bored from a kiosk and recieve a paper slip with QR Code for the soda fountain machine. Restaurant is decent and food is much better, but don’t expect much in the way of service. The only time you interact with a human is when receiving your food or waving bye as you exit. However, it is by far the best burger and fries for the money.

Usually I go through the drive through and if I don’t go to one that has higher traffic I don’t have to wait long. If you go inside and there are a lot of people plan on it taking a little bit longer than expected but the trade off is that the food will be fresh and hot. Big selection of shakes. And if you don’t see what you want make one out of the ingredients they have.

I haven’t been to a Steak & Shake in years and today I had the best customer service and was highly impressed. The food was brought to our table rather than our name being called to come get it and the cook came around and was asking how peoples food was. I really appreciated that. And the food was excellent! The employees working today made our experience great!

Fantastic staff from order taker to line cooks to pickup window to in-store management. These guys learn your order and name over just a few trips. Burgers and fries and Frank dogs are Great. Hands down better than 5 guys, even cook out or any other FF or Chain burger. And IF you are in financial hardship they have a Free Frie Program and No Other FF or Chain around here is even offering anything. For health reasons our food must be No Salt. These guys understand heart failure, fluid retention caused by heart failure and sodium and how sodium cancels the fluid medicine. They understand Celiac. We can trust them to take care with our food. Miss the slaw for the Chili, Cheese, Frank Dog with mustard, ketchup, we order Grilled Onions and we bring slaw. They do great with a #7 Double Cheese Burger with Everything and I order Lots of Grilled Onions, No Salt on Anything including Fries. Food is always hot and juicy. They know our names and our orders and are super kind. We will be glad for warm weather at the car hop area, our date spot. Say Hello to Manager Wanda. She lives there. Oh, take the guys candy for Valentines. About 10 per shift.
