Came here with my son and nephew and had an overall okay experience.

Ordering was easy using the self-service kiosk when you walk in. These boys took long to order haha! You order, grab a number, sit down, and the food is brought to your table. Our food came out in under 10 minutes and was warm, which was appreciated. The server was fine and straightforward, nothing memorable. Everything was pretty basic and nothing planted a memory for me that will last forever. It was pretty quiet at the time, there was only one other family dining in there.

The play area was another letdown. I stop here because the boys insisted that McDonalds had playgrounds, I don’t remember that being the case. We stopped at this one because it was close to the place we were at. Coincidentally , this one happened to have a playground so the kids were excited to use it. However, it turns out it’s only for ages 3 and under, which was disappointing for older kids.

Overall, it’s fine if you want something quick and efficient.

I typically don’t take the time to review a McDonalds, as generally the in-dining experience is pretty consistently poor. However I took my kids here for lunch on a Saturday and felt compelled to write a review because I was pleasantly surprised. There was adequate staff, food was best quality I’ve had in a long time, it was clean, and there was a small play area for kids.

I’m not sure if this is a common practice among all McDonald’s, but when I pay cash for example a medium hot black coffee cost $1.92 with tax. The window cashiers always round up to $1.95 and then I receive $0.05 change when I give them $2. And they do this constantly. I’ve experienced this at least five times in the last 2 weeks. I asked the cashier at the window. Why doesn’t he round it down to $1.90 and give me back $0.10 so McDonald’s takes the hit not the consumer or the customer. He looked at me like I hsd two heads. I know the idiots at the federal government are trying to get rid of the penny. But this is ridiculous. It is also a manifestation of the debasement of the dollar and it’s also inflationary. They should charge $1.90 or $1.95 and not try to steal 2 or 3 cents from their customers on every transaction.

Worst experience ever. First I placed 2 separate mobile orders, the first order came out missing half of the nuggets, and the ticket for the second order was attached to the bag, waited 15 mins on my second order and it never came out, so I went in, team failed to acknowledge I was even there, about 10 mins of waiting they finally addressed my presence, I explained my other order never showed up, the cashier then talked to the other team member, came back and insisted my order was taken out with the other order, I explained I could see my order still sitting on the counter with my number on it, the cashier then got the manager, I explained the situation to the manager and she rolled her eyes at me and disregarded my situation, because of this I got frustrated and began to get upset, all I wanted was the food I had ordered and the team refused until I got upset and threatened to call corporate, they then threatened to call the police vice admitting that they just messed up and missed my order, after 45 mins of arguing my 10 min lunch stop was now over an hour just waiting on my food. I finally got my food but not without more attitude and snobbiness, from a McDonalds that had no one in the drive thru, and no one inside waiting or ordering, complete waste of time I will never return to this location

I’ve decided I’m going to create an account and give a one star review every single time I order nuggets, CLEARLY REQUEST A SAUCE, and they act like I asked for none. This is the fourth time. I understand if you want to penny pinch and not give extra but are we not entitled to the one sauce with every order of nuggets? Are you trying to cut costs by frustrating customers? I hope the effort it takes for you to offset this with five fake 5 star reviews will cost the company more than the $0.12 cents it costs to just give the sauce that a customer asks for, pays for and is written on my receipt, my screen, your screen, the orders screen and this screen.

Slow service and forgets to put the dipping sauce in the take out order every single time without fail. Literally has forgotten the dipping sauce for chicken nugget happy meals 14 out of the last 15 times ordered there for my kids. Have even chosen to add it in as the extras order when using the app and they still forget it without fail. Only time I have actually gotten it is when I have personally picked it up and asked them at the window for it so they need to actually place it in my hand.

There have been two times recently where my change was $0.08 and both times I only received a nickel. This is becoming a widespread problem- if your associates can’t even count basic coin change they probably shouldn’t be working a register. If it’s due to pennies being discontinued, make that your problem, not the customer’s. Either round up change or correct your menu prices

Went through the drive though today to get a late night meal. Never use the mobile deals through the drive through. Go inside if you have to.

I used a mobile deal through the phone and I had auto pay activated unknowingly. When I get to the window to pay, they lost my order and I’m forced to pay again. I showed proof that my card went through and they offered no assistance at all. The person I believe to be the manager brushed me off and claimed I placed an order to another location which was untrue. They took my code, and took the money but delivered no food. A 14 dollar meal turned to at 35 dollar meal since I had to pay twice and lost my deal. Hope they asked me to go inside instead of paying again due to the drive through pressure. Very unprofessional. I loved this place, I was looking for a long time for a McDonald’s that had games for children, I love that it maintains its family style, the food is very delicious. I wish all McDonald’s kept their family style and didn’t make them boring, without a doubt this was my favorite I will be back

Normally I would not take the time to review the already famous well known place with the Golden Arches…. but this place is a little different than most. The decoration is unique with an international welcoming atmosphere, with multiple country flags being represented. The furniture is quite possibly the most comfortable of any fast food place I have ever been in. And the customer service was great!!! Our food was even brought to our table with a smile…completely different from what a McDonalds is know for
