The drive through experience was pleasant quick and easy but I have to admit I couldn’t finish the burger as my first taste of the lettuce that was thin and low quality turned my stomach. The cheese curds were yummy as usual!

After road tripping for hours I stopped into this Culvers and ordered fish as I was observing lent. They told me they stop making fish at 9:40. I worked at a Culvers for 4 years and I know that they either just dumped the batter or didn’t want to make the fish. Really disappointing, Culvers in Wisconsin would never do this. And also Culvers are typically the same across the whole country, I know corporate wouldn’t appreciate the menu

Jan 2024 Good food and mostly satisfied until our sandwich was made wrong. Ordered two double sandwiches but ended one single and one double. After bringing it up to their attention the mistake, a few minutes later, they served us a single patty (without cheese) for me to just add it on. Feels unprofessional service correcting their mistake. In the end, we just added the patty to a double making it look like we had a special Culver’s triple sandwich

The hamburger I had was good. The usual Culver’s fair. My wife had a chicken sandwich and it came with a slice of tomato that was inedible. The tomato was sliced with the core in it and the slice on the sandwich had a big, white center. The dining room was partially carpeted, and carpet was disgustingly dirty. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the establishment. The counter person wasn’t very friendly, and mumbled. Overall a mediocre experience.

From having a blue glove tip in my mushroom and Swiss, bringing it back to have management fix it, to literally hand me back the same burger with the blue glove. They tried to make it a third time. I just asked for my money back. I sent pics to them and never heard back. To ordering a concrete mixer that came out like soup, I’m just done with this spot. If you can’t resolve conflicts with customers appropriately when they call, then don’t run a store. Having teenagers handle manager business is absolutely insane. I’ve been coming to this spot for years. Gross business behavior.

Came here on my first day in Rapid City on August 17th I was tired and I wanted something quick to eat Culver’s is a popular midwestern Burger chain which started in Wisconsin and you can find a ton of videos on YouTube so I was dying to try it out . I had the Bacon double cheeseburger and cheese curds my cousin had the crispy chicken sandwich the burger was definitely good one of the best fast food burgers my cousin tho said the crispy chicken sandwich was dry as for the cheese curds those tasted like regular cheddar balls, the downside to this place was after putting my soda in my cup they had no small or medium side lids, they had no mustard and someone had spilled a drink in that area and nobody had mopped up on the way out I ordered coffee with milk they never added any milk and 10 minutes later I returned another thing I noticed there were lots of flies around the counter area 2 days later I returned to get a coffee to go and again there were lots of flies around the counter area

Food isn’t that great. The burgers tastes dry and bland – no flavor other than the condiments. Fries are okay if you eat them right away fresh but nothing special. Concrete mixer is the only thing that’s decent.
Service is kinda spotty. While in the restaurant I had great customer service once here and then the rest of the times were less than stellar.
Drive thru is terrible. Every time I go through drive thru I always get a number, pull ahead, and have to wait a while in a carpool queue for my order to be ready. I think it’s pointless to call it drive thru when I have to wait additional time after ordering, paying at the window and then pulling ahead waiting in a line queue every time I go here. This is the only burger place that does this all the time. Most places have your order ready by the time you arrive to pay at the window and only once in while you have to pull ahead.
If the food was great, I would make exceptions for any shortcomings but it’s not.
