After waiting over two hours for our food to come at another local restaurant, Wendy’s made our night complete. Not only was the food hot and delicious, the fireplace was warm, the couches were soft and the place was clean. The frostys were so good and everyone really enjoyed them, especially the Oreo frosty. Thank you to the friendly staff who took our order and made our Valentines night complete.

Wendy’s will always be tge spot! There is nothing like spending $10-$12 for 2 full meals. Best cost effective restaurant to hit the spot & make the kids happy. Drive thru is always at a quick speed but not too happy that they charge extra for BBQ sauce at the window if you need one or 2 more. I believe if it’s not on the Menu then they should not be able to charge for it. Also, if I like BBQ over ketchup for my fries then I should have that choice.

Took my great niece for lunch and she loved it!! She had a kids meal, and extra nuggets.. Always a big smile with the toy in the kids meal. Very nice lunch!! Also very nice associates at this Wendy’s.

They’ve been messing up even more now. Between the longer wait times even when empty to putting wrong sandwiches in the bag, this place is going downhill. The last time, the soda machine spit out some slime. Waited to get a new cup and went to the second machine. Today the kids wanted breakfast from there but we were too busy to drive to rt23 so we tried again. We ordered and got charged for an egg and chews biscuit sandwich, they gave her just an empty biscuit. We’re done with that place.

Horrible customer service. Charged the wrong amount. Missing drink, sauces and given cold food. I called the manger and he said to drive back to get the drink and he will give me a “small fry.” Wow how generous considering gas prices and no apology. Quick tip: GREAT CUSTOMER service creates loyalty people!

If I could give zero stars I would. Missing food one entire meal (they just gave us the soda) mushy nuggets, saggy fries and cold chicken sandwiches. Terrible! Waste of money!

You’re kidding, right? That staff was impossible to work with on a simple one person order. I even speak Spanish, so it shouldn’t have been such a problem getting 2 Jr bacon charges, a sprite and fries. I’m at work and only have 15 minutes to get my food, I shouldn’t have to teach your employees how to speak and take care of a simple fast food order. I have a bag of food that isn’t what I ordered. Not going inside or going around again. I said it was wrong at the window and they said they fixed it. They have me the same bag back.

I work late on Tuesday. Meals for 6 people $53. I go thru the drive thru, I asked the person on the window “is everything I order in the bag” he didn’t even answer because he was laughing with a coworker. I asked again and he said yes. I get home and I’m missing 2 orders. Never again F Wendy’s
