It’s MacDonald’s. The only factor that really counts is consistency. And this location delivers the expected McDonald’s experience. Affordable food served fast, hot and courteously. Since it’s in a highway service plaza the crowd is travelers eager to get on their way. No disruptive teens or unruly children to speak of. It’s very efficient and business like. Everyone simply wants to get what they came for and be on their way. That’s the true purpose of every business in this service area and McDonald’s does it with their well known efficiency.

If you want to pay double the amount for anything off the highway go for it. But 2 burritos which should cost 4$ were 8$ there, close to 11 for meal. Just there to rip off highway goers. Ended up getting the burrito and was so much worse than off highway. Was cold and everything to one side. Horrible.

I believe this location just doesn’t have sauce. Everytime i place an order my sauce packets are not included despite being in the receipt.
They mess up my burger everytime i go there.

Terrible service was in line for 15 minutes no one took my order they were more worried about the drive thru and it wasn’t even that busy won’t be back had to go few exits up

The woman (Beverly) at the overnight drive thru service not only didn’t apply my $3 off a $15 or more order but when I asked at the window she stated it was applied. Once I received the receipt there was no discount applied. She was beyond rude and disrespectful, she told me tough luck and deal with it. Service was terrible and she lied directly to my face.

Drive-thru order. Ask for no pickle, it was on the order ticket, but pickles were still on the food. Fries were cold. Attendant couldn’t understand the numbers you gave them for the order.

Clean, with plenty of seating and quick service. The soda fountain is self-serve. There is a lot of parking. As a part of a service plaza, other food establishments share the area.

Wondering if Peter Napoli owns this one?? If so, he would be very disappointed. Poor quality, poor service, and fair cleanliness. Never received a receipt. The server crumpled it and threw it out immediately. When my order appeared to be ready, I inquired as to if it was mine. The staff member said very rudely, “well what is your order number??” I told her I did not receive one. Again, rudely, “well what did you order?” I then asked for sauce and it was thrown across the counter like I was inconveniencing them. Chicken in snap wrap was poor quality. Rubbery consistency was the only way to describe it. Unfortunately an over all poor customer experience!

This location is so much more expensive than most McDonald’s locations. The service is mediocre and the cooks obviously do not pay attention. I ordered extra meat and did not get it 3 times in a row. On one occasion I ordered two extra meats receiving no extra meats then when returned I only received one extra meat so I brought the food back again. With this location costing over $1.00 for each double cheeseburger patty I expected this expensive 1/10 of a pound patty.

It’s fast food portions are on the smaller side for the Fish sandwich,the Big Mac is much better portions, the fries were hot long in the begining then a lot of crunchy pieces…The price of both sandwiches with a med cherry slushy and a med mocha frappe was over $26.00 thanks to a kind gentleman that helped us and nice people that waited in line while we scraped up the rest of the money. Our unexpected day out was greatly appreciated to those who helped us out. Thank you McDonald’s.
