The last two visits to this KFC was terrible. First visit they were slammed and the manager yelled out no more orders leaving us to stand there for 15 minutes. Yesterday there was one customer waiting ahead of me. I waited 10 minutes without even a we will be with you in a minute. I walked out and went to the competition where I got excellent from a trainee.

Filthy, every table is dirty. The floor is dirty, the soda dispenser is broken and they have a dirty bucket of ice for customers to “self serve” . The staff are lazy and are more concerned about socializing with each other than doing their job. Horrible place. On top of all that they are really show to serve the dried out food.

Stopped here on our way to Kentucky. Decided to app order which was a mistake. Went inside to pick up the order which was not ready. Cashier told us the regular and large potato wedge part of our order couldn’t be fulfilled because they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund but was told no because it was an app order . Needless to say we had to take sides that we didn’t want. On a side note there were signs advertising wedges. Not sure how you tell a customer no and do nothing to fix the problem? I thought customer satisfaction was the goal ?

Food and atmosphere as usual with KFC. Nice bright and clean dining area. Our disappointment lies in the fact that we did an app order for a travel stop for eat in and when we got there they told us they didn’t have the potato wedges we ordered and they couldn’t give us a cash refund because it was an app order. They substituted another side for the lack of wedges but the wedges were what we were really stopping for. There needs to be a way to tell customers you don’t have what they’re ordering when they place their app order. All signage was in place for the wedges and they were clearly available on the app to be ordered. We were forced to take something we didn’t want after we paid. Lesson learned. We will NOT app order from KFC while traveling again unless we can call and make sure we can get what we want. Disappointed and unhappy to say the least. Don’t run a promo for something and not provide it. Signs said they had it. Limited time offer was NOT finished yet. This was the second time in less than a month we had an order wrong at a KFC. The other one was in Pennsylvania. They made good on that one after we emailed corporate about it.

Went at 8:45 pm and told me they didn’t have 8 pieces of chicken ready for a bucket. They are open till 10:00 pm. Not sure why they stop making food 1 hour beds losing time.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location and today I had a big order and although I understand that a big order takes time I was only there like 6 minutes which was great and everything was completely correct as ordered and tasted excellent. The lady with glasses who is the cashier (I wish I knew her name) is always a very kind and friendly person every time I’m there.

Placed my order online. It was to be ready at 5:20. I got to the drive thru at 5:30. She said pull around to a pick up spot and someone will bring it right out. I waited 7 minutes no one came out. I went back to the drive thru and she said it’ll be 12 minutes they have to cook chicken. Nothing was said about waiting on chicken the first time I talked to her. The manager was rude and did not apologize she just repeated 12 minutes or get something else. As I wrote this it’s 5:48, 28 minutes after my order was suppose to be ready.
