They took food back after serving it to me. That is illegal and a health code violation. When I asked, “You are taking it back?” the staff member was rude, and with an attitude she said, “Uuuhh, Yesss… (rolled eyes); that’s not your order,” after just handing it to me. They also always get orders wrong on the simplest things too. Some staff are friendly, others are not. All of this just happened.

Really doubt my food is going to be delivered with any sort of quality, I cannot cancel the order because they failed to give me the food I ordered then didn’t have the order and had to come and ask me for the exact order again. Meanwhile I watch everything ordered after me delivered first. Goto the McDonald’s at the previous exit or anywhere else please do yourself a favor and avoid the aggravation and use your money at any other location this place consistently fails to simply make food in a timely manner. Staff not great at the job either, hard work maybe not their thing. Also after asking me for the order they failed to deliver all of the food I paid for after waiting 20+ minutes. Then Debbie refused to refund me electronically and also refused to give me contact information for her superior. This was after I was told I was insane among other things. And yes I recorded the call.

Would it be that difficult to put a sign in the window when you are closed for Christmas. The app took our order and we sat waiting for our food until we realized the place was closed. There drive through was taking order from the cars that pulled up when we were there. How about turning off the drive thru AI and tell the app you are closed!!!!

Wife ordered lunch on her phone for pickup. I get there to pickup for us and they said her phone has to be in proximity for the food to be started. The food was already paid for and the order was in. I showed them the order but “nothing we can do” bc the phone isnt here. Mcdonalds needs to get rid of this crap

I had a quick question. I waited in the line to ask it and a man told the cashier not to help us and told me “use the kiosk”. I didn’t even get an opportunity to say anything the man walked away as soon as he issued his order at me and the cashier walked away as she was told.

This McDonald’s in Eldorado hills has fast service and burgers are well made. Nice they have outdoor service too. Highly recommend it. The drive thru was long but they made it very fast to get through.

We’ve eaten inside, done ordering through the app and sat in the drive through. We find that no matter which way you go, the service seems a bit slow. Off all the choices, we usually end up in the drive through.
The kids love burgers and we eat plenty of them from nice restaurants, but sometimes the kids just want a burger or a sausage McMuffin.
Typically if you order any breakfast items in the afternoon, you’ll be asked to wait in front at a specific location to wait for your food.
Overall, we find the staff to be pleasant, but nothing extraordinary. They usually get our order correct, unless there is something unusual with changing toppings, and that’s hit or miss.

If you value your health, let alone your life do not eat the McRib. It’s packed full of high processed meat and additives. The worst item you could possibly get off the McDonald’s menu along with their french fries

Too cold. I think the AC was on. Asked the cashier to turn the ac down and tune heater on. Cashier mentioned that only owner can do it and the owner is not letting them do it despite previous complaints. Bring a jacket if you come here
