This place is very, very dirty. No wonder why no one really likes to dine here.
The bathroom floors are sticky, and there are unrelated older men who go inside the stall with minors (by groups of four). We feel really unsafe. We did not witness anything but did not also wait to find out.
Then, to make matters worse, we walk out of the filthy restroom to next witness a brawl just outside the dining area. Thankfully, three crew members and the supervisor on staff break up the fight and are willing to share video footage to hold them accountable.
The ice machine on the left is out. The kiosk systems to put in your order are very filthy; let’s not address the doors!
Although the food is somewhat fresh here, it is recommended to have better dining experiences elsewhere.

I went through the drive thru order my food and a 4pc tenders to get home and only see 2 in the box. I get that it’s busy sometimes but this is the second time this has happened with tenders and I am constantly shorted on chicken nuggets. I would rather you tell me you don’t have enough then you take my money and you only give me half. I normally don’t say nothing but in this economy when everything is costing you expect to get your food correctly after ordering 2 burgers 2 fries and a 4 pc tender and paying almost $32. I def won’t be going to Wendy’s for awhile because this is ridiculous. So disappointed!

As a customer, my experience at the Wendy’s in Linden was extremely disappointing and concerning. When I received my sandwich, I noticed the bun had mold on it. Seeing mold on food is unacceptable and honestly made me feel sick to my stomach. It shows a serious lack of food safety and quality control.

Never go inside!!! Horrible customer service. Ordered online for pick up and when I went inside to pick up my food it wasn’t ready yet which wasnt the problem. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes at the counter before being greeted and than find out they skipped my order and never made it.

Only do drive thru here. The floors inside are worse than a movie theater: stickyyyy!! Food is made well and staff is great though.

Wendy’s does breakfast! Everything is usually fresh, and made to order. Staff is friendly. This location isn’t the newest or freshest.

I decided to start off my cheat day with Wendy’s breakfast. I heard they had a pretty good menu. When I arrived the drive thru was empty. The man took my order of a chicken biscuit meal. They allowed me to chamge from coffee to their natural lemonade for a $.60 upchange. Everything came to about $6.50. The cashier was pleasant when I got to the window. It took a little bit for the food to be ready, I’m guessing because it was made fresh. When I got home and tried it, I must say it was pretty good. The fries were nice and crispy and the chicken biscuit was juicy.

Horrible service and the nastiest Wendy’s I have been too! Tyson took my order and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. This place needs to be shut down for a day and do a nice deep cleaning! Also give the employees a customer service training!

they always make you pull up to the door because they’re slow and don’t want to get in trouble apparently they are timed on how fast the drive thru orders are
