Beware, took my daughter to Northeast , Md on Pulaski highway, walked in asked is there’s a waitress the girl at the counter who was warming herself up rubbing her arms with her hands, that must have been the warning sign!! She was rude, not very helpful never told us they didn’t have heat!! So we order paid, went to sit down, starting really feeling cold, I heard the people next to me talking about it to. By the time ours salads came we were freezing our hands were shaking. I ask the girl do you have heat, she didn’t answer and so I just couldn’t eat anymore, we asked for boxes to go. No signs saying , “no heat” , I asked the manager Kevin he was rude sarcastic and said no we’re working on it. I said you really should tell people. Have a sign outside, I felt sorry for the older customers, we were all freezing. A customer said it’s always like this in there. Beware , food not good, manager very unprofessional staff unprofessional rude. There are to many other good places to go in northeast like Woodys seafood restaurant on Main Street in northeast, across the street from Pats Select Pizza is northeast family diner that is amazing. Friendly, Warm!! Good food! Forged Resturant, Yummy Pizza places on mainstreet. I’d just keep going past Pats Selects Pizza. Who obviously look at us as money instead of people , who could careless if your uncomfortable. Beware Consumers.

100 recommended. The staff here was super polite and attentive. Interesting concept, you come in, go to the counter to order/pay, then grab a seat. Waitress brings food to you. They were out of fountain root beer, and offered a bottle replacement at no additional charge. I ordered calzone, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and homemade. It was too large to finish in one.setting as well. The southwest salad was vibrant, and well portioned. Well worth the drive if your near NE MD.

What good is excellent food if I can’t have a bag to carry the the pizza, 2 bottled sodas, and a shake to the car without them tipping out of the cardboard drink carrier and falling to the ground? Drink carrier doesn’t work on soda bottles folks. Turned a greameal into a miserable experience…

Our buffalo chicken pizza & the extra cheese w/pepperoni were excellent, but the white pizza was very disappointing. If I had it to do over I would have called immediately and asked for the manager. Everyone at my house felt the same way.
Even trying to eat it as leftovers we had to dress it up to tolerate it. It lacked flavor and cheese. It was also quite pricey for literally flat crust with almost nothing on it. We won’t be getting the white pizza again.
Lastly, after spending $81 on just 3 (16 inch) pizzas and 2 normal orders of fries for pick-up at the drive through window the cashier asked me:
“do you want to leave a tip for the person who hands you the pizza out the window?”
I nicely said “no thank you.”
I just don’t get it? People elicit tips for literally doing nothing above & beyond their routine job.
They literally open a sliding window and hand you a pizza. This is the same as walking inside and being asked tip the cashier who hands you your pizza.
They aren’t walking out into the snow to my car or driving to my house!”

I have eaten pats elkton and North Eastl locations for years. The employees are always super friendly and attentive. Customer service is great. You dont always get that in this society. The atmosphere is great. The only reason I give the food 4 stars now is because the products all changed this year. Its still good but not like the originals. The mozarella sticks and fries were my favorite and they changed. They are still good just not the other ones 🙂 not the employees faults though. I still highly recommend pats.

Convenient location right off 40 with plenty of parking. Clean location, with friendly staff.
Swung by on a Monday evening with hardly anyone else inside. Ordered a Chicken Rustic, 2 slices of pizza, and a Chef Salad. The rustic and salad arrived in about 10 minutes, but still took another 5 minutes for the two slices to arrive. Not exactly sure why it would take 15 minutes to heat up 2 slices.
Both parties enjoyed their Chicken Rustic and Chef Salad. Pizza was overly greasy and literally dripped off.
Definitely not a place I would normally order pizza from, or would recommend to others, but it is a decent moderately priced family dining establishment.

I have ordered from this Pat’s location SO many times for my own meals and for my work events. The food is always exactly what I am hoping for (hot pizza, crispy fries, fresh salad) and the staff is so helpful and generous. They are always happy to help out with carrying things to my car or making a second delivery if something was left behind from my delivery order. I love this place!

Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the Philly cheese steak was good. I didn’t know about the credit card service fee until I read the review from the person who noticed it on his receipt.
When I ordered the food at the counter, they asked whether I was using cash or credit, but they didn’t mention anything about the service fee.
As I was leaving, I noticed that I didn’t have my credit card. I looked in all my pockets and on the seats, the table and the floor, and I didn’t find it. I mentioned it to my server, and she checked at the counter. They had the card at the counter, and they hadn’t returned it to me until I asked about it. I guess they wouldn’t have said a word if I hadn’t asked about it.
There were very few customers in the restaurant at the time I was there. It would have been easy for them to check around to find the customer who had the same name as the credit card, but they didn’t. This was hugely disappointing.
3/25/24 The restaurant said, in their answer to my one star review that I had left the card in the terminal. They only noticed that it was there when I asked about the card after finishing my meal. As I mentioned in my review, there were very few customers while I was there so it’s probably correct that no one else used that terminal while I was eating my lunch. I increased my star rating to three stars. I would have given five stars except for the pesky credit card fee situation. It’s not the fee itself. I don’t mind paying a bit extra for the convenience of not having to carry cash. It’s just that they should have told me about the fee when I told them that I was going to pay with a credit card.
I no longer live in Cecil County, but I lived there for over 40 years, and I have eaten at Pat’s in Elkton and in North East many times over the years. I’ve always enjoyed their food.

Honestly great pizza for an adorable price. After tax it’s about 26$ for a large big enough to feed a small party of people.
My family of 3 gets this all the time, and (almost) always has leftovers, especially when you add a salad (home made or from here)
Good service, friendly staff. We are from the West coast, and this is very much has a west coast style of pizza, done well at that.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good pizza at a good price.
