Yesterday November 11, I went to the restaurant with nine of my friends for dinner and let me tell you this place was amazing. If I could give it 6 stars I really would. The workers we met had some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to a lot of fancy restaurants around the world and honestly this was the best. We felt so welcomed, and even when we spilled our drinks twice, they were so understanding and cleaned it up right away. Hospitality is 100 out of 10.

Now the food. For a big group like us, we thought it would take a while, but the food came out fast and everything was delicious. The garlic bread, the spaghetti and meatballs, and the giant two-topping pizza with basil and pepperoni were all so good. If they had hot honey, that pizza would’ve been next level.

Wanted to try some new pizza in the neighborhood and landed with Gandola Pizza in La Mirada. The pizza was honestly disgusting. The flavor is off, quality was very disappointing. I ordered a $50 giant pizza and was very disappointed. The cheese WAS VERY GREASY AND SAUCE IS VERY BLAND. For the price I paid, I expected something fresh and FLAVORFUL. An absolute joke. I feel ripped off, DISGUSTED & COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED.

Historical landmark to La Mirada~ one of the best pizza places in town. They have advanced to Online ordering and it was so easy. They even had it ready before the estimated pickup time. A very nice team member helped me carry out the 3 giant pizzas and wings! For a Saturday~order completed under 40 minutes was amazing!

Had a craving for pizza and decided on stopping here. It was a Super Bowl Sunday around noon and walked in to order and it wasn’t crowded. Everyone is friendly but there’s some wait because of all the phone orders coming in but no to bad. We got a sausage and veggie pizza with an anti pasta salad. The crust in the pizza was a bit over cooked but we actually enjoyed the crunch. Also if the local fire department likes it then it’s all good!!!

If you’re tired of pizza places that only give you a handful of toppings then worry no more. We could scarcely see the cheese beneath the mountain of ingredients placed before us. I fear all other pizzas will disappoint after this experience.

The staff was also incredibly friendly.

Typical family run Italian joint with great pizza and hearty traditional dishes. LOUD room yet filled with friendly locals.

1st time visiting this italian restaurant but it definitely will not be my last! we visited during lunch time (3pm) and there were only a few people scattered around so there wasn’t a long wait to order. we ordered the fettuccine alfredo with added chicken and a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. i must say the pizza completely stole the show even though it was such simple ingredients but you could tell it was high quality ingredients that went into it. we also really enjoyed the pasta we ordered as well. i must say that from the beginning of our visit to the end they had a staff member cleaning the tables, sweeping the floor and also checking the restroom which is good because there is nothing worse than a dirty restaurant or seating area. i can’t wait for our next visit where i will for sure be trying their lasagna and another kind of pizza with different toppings.

I have been coming to Gondola Pizza since my college years at Biola. The ingredients of their food, from pizza, clam pasta, meat balls to their famous dessert tiramisu are rich and full of flavors. It is my must “stop-by” place for dine-in or take-out. This is a place for many locals, church goers, families, and visitors like me. Stop by there if you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed.

The small pepperoni pizza has great flavor and just enough pepperoni and cheese, If you like extra cheese and pepperoni, make sure you ask for it, I’m sure it would be even more spectacular, the Wings are the best I’ve ever had, they are baked and not soggy, If anything, they’re nice and crisp with a great Unbelievable taste. Daniel, Anselmo and Savannah are the top 3, they are Super attentive very friendly, hospitable, and extremely helpful. When in town this is a must!

This is a local pizza place in La Mirada. It looks like people who go there are regulars.

We ordered a Supreme Pizza and an Anti-Pasta Salad for takeout.

The Supreme Pizza was loaded with toppings! It’s a filling meal. When you open the box, you’re pleasantly surprised how loaded with toppings it is. Wish there was a little more cheese for that cheesy factor. But, still a great pizza.

Not much presentation to the Antipasto Salad. The ranch dressing is good.

Overall, good experience.
