Food is pretty but the taste is not 100% accurate. Pho broth was too salty & seems to be missing some ingredients. The egg rolls taste like dumplings instead of authentic egg rolls. Spring roll noodles were not fresh. I don’t recommend this place.

Exceeded my expectations! I enjoyed the Pho Thai, which was flavorful & aromatic. The crispy and soft spring rolls were both very good, and reminded me of other Vietnamese restaurants I like in the US. I’ll be back… this good was very good.

As someone who grew up on Vietnamese food I gotta say this is some of the best I’ve had in any Spanish speaking country. Is it the same as Vietnam, Canada or USA where the flavors are stronger…. No! There is lots of flavors missing but for Guadalajara, it is as good as it is going to get….

We’re on vacation in Guadalajara. This is our first Vietnamese restaurant in Mexico. We visited Pho Chef at 1:30pm, the early lunch time for Mexican. The fried spring rolls are crispy & fresh, the Pho soup is hot enough , which is the important criteria for Pho. We love the food. The owners, Ren’e and Penny, are very passionate about what they have been doing for the past 9 years. They treat us Litchi Sorbet !
