Every time I come here it takes forever to get our food, which is understandable if you’re busy. The issue is, whether or not that’s the case, I order on the app and my food shows that it was delivered already, and 15-20 minutes pass and we have to press the button to get our food.

It’s Saturday morning and there was only 2 other cars here. Not at all busy, we ordered food at 10:45 am, again the screen says the food has already been delivered. We watched cars pull up order and leave with their food, and our order was 3 corndogs, mozzarella sticks and 2 drinks. 1106 a.m. we press the button to call and they immediately bring our food out. We were waiting the whole time and for some reason we have to call every single time. I don’t understand why we have to go through this every single time. Clearly there’s an issue with the system that needs to be fixed.

Absolutely horrendous. Tried ordering on the app and remembered I had an old gift card. I didn’t quite have enough money on the card for the whole order and my only option was to reload a couple dollars on the giftcard to complete the order. When I chose the card and amount to reload it, all I had to do was press “complete”. Well, the complete button was perfectly placed directly under my phone’s navigation bar, and it could not be accessed without scrolling down. I tried multiple times before finally giving up–it’s quite literally impossible to select.
I ended up altering my order so it would be under the balance on my giftcard. I got a large tater tot and a large diet coke. Placed the order and waited 18 minutes for my food. It wasn’t even busy.
The tater tots were cold AND stale.
The server was absolutely wonderful but everything else about this restaurant is crap. The app is outtdated and unusable, the food has obviously been sitting out, and the wait time was ridicoulus. I myself work in food service and I completely understand that some days are just a bit off, but every experience I’ve had here has been awful and I would not recommend giving your money to this greedy corporation. Not to mention they got rid of the automatic online ordering happy hour for drinks.

12 minutes on a mobile order for onion rings. I call ask for an update and the managers blames the new hires in training. Can you imaginf what a horrible toxic person she is. This place needs to be shut down!

The most pathetic excuse for customer service. I didn’t bother to say anything by the time I got my food it was just so bad it was obvious such a complaint would be a waste of my time. Here’s the way today went. 25 minutes total. I go to the drive through. The lady is talking over my answers to her question of how can she help me etc. She calls me sir… My voice is hoarse so okay. But when she is done talking she says nothing to me. No acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever. Eventually I drive around and use a drive up location and order there. I double check to make sure the lettuce is not wilted. This lady says it looks fresh. So I order extra lettuce. I also ordered my drink with easy ice. My order is written correctly. So they know. They just didn’t concern themselves at all with what my order was. A little bit of wilted browning lettuce and a whole cup packed with ice. If I thought these lousy excuses for employees actually thought about any version of customer service, I would take it personal. Instead I assume three different employees are actually that incompetent. I will not likely return. I don’t recommend anyone else bother.

For anyone thinking about eating here or doubting my experience at this location here is my incident # that was created on 10/19/25

Ordered a #4 and some chicken bites got home and I only got a single patty, but was not given a receipt and didn’t realize they gave me a single patty till I got home. But, without my receipt I wasn’t able to see if the lady that took my order charged me for a double or a single and I didn’t want to turn it into a big deal so I googled the phone number of that location and spoke to the manager explaining what had happened and if he could tell me what I had been charged for if I only got charged for the single no problem I would just keep and gave him my total which was $13.01. However, the manager said he could re make it for me yet I was just wanting to know what I had been charged he continue to say I can just remake it for you if you come back. He then proceeds to hang up. That’s when I got the corporate phone number and gave them a call. Once I pulled up in the drive through I waited about 2 minutes with no one there in the drive through they were just ignoring me as I’m with the corporate people on the phone and I’m telling the corporate person this while I have him on the phone. I pull up to the window and I just want to return the burger since I had already ate the chicken bites, but the lady at the window said she couldn’t take it back I said. Ok, can I just get my money back for the burger and you could hear in the back all the un professional cursing in the kitchen and the manager on duty didn’t know how to even pull up my order or refund the money to my card. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes with 3 cars behind me and the manager didn’t know how to operate or even refund my money. I felt bad for the people behind me so I told the corporate guy if I could leave and he said yes that someone will take care of it and reach out to me and gave me a case #

A week went by and no one reached out to me, reached out to corporate again and they said a manager would reach out within 48hrs gave them another 3 days and never heard from anyone. Today I called corporate to tell them no one ever reached out and to just document that I had reached out one last time to let them know no one ever reached out. But, wanted documented because I was going to share my experience with others.

I ordered my food in advance. I get here and it takes well over 10 minutes for anyone to answer the red button. Then it takes another 20 minutes to get my food. Why order ahead if you’re not going to make it. FASTFOOD is not fast. This location sucks…..

Kristie (the general manager) has one of the nastiest attitudes I have ever come across , I paid for my food and got the incorrect items , I was then told that since thy were out of fries I would have to wait 5 minutes , okay perfectly fine until 20 minutes passes and I still don’t have my fries !!! Very bad location. And very bad service.

Apparently they are corporate so the number of onion rings on a small is four to five. I received four of the smallest onion rings. I have never received that small of amount in my 57 years. I will definitely ask before I order onion rings again anywhere.

This was the worst food I have ever gotten from sonic. We waited forever for the food, it showed they were bringing the food out and they never brought it, we waited and waited then it finally said they were bringing it out again and they finally did and when we started eating it everything was cold, it was nasty, and they weren’t even busy. I don’t think I will be going there again.
