I like this place a lot, 4 is fun atmosphere and consistently good food. The staff for the most part is always attentive and good. They tend to have a fast turn over though so you never see the same person twice. I also think compared to other chain hamburger joints that the price is good as well.

Came to Missoula Red Robin 7/7:30pm on 3-19-22
The server was great. Was a very busy place at that time. But the staff was doing their best! We had a 15-20 minute wait. All in all it was good. I ordered the cheesy Bacon fondue burger. The cheese sauce should have been filled more. Also the server should not have brought my burger out and stated “We are waiting for the Cheese Sauce to finish in the Microwave” yikes. Quite the turn off.

My waitress. Monika was spot on. She knew details and asked all the right questions to make my order perfect for me. The food was hot and tasty. The fries perfect as always. Unfortunately this is a franchise store so a lot of the normal perks you could have are not available without paying and extra fee. I love Red Robin but this extra charge will probably not have me come back. I will just have to wait until I visit a company store. Love the Southern charm with Campfire sauce & a peach iced tea.

Red Robin knows how to do a good burger. Every time I’ve gone the food has been great and the service has been courteous. This time was no different! Attentive waitress, friendly patrons and an easy atmosphere for lunch on a Saturday. Plus, with all the different takes on burgers its a great place to take the family because there’s something for everyone! Definitely a family staple in our house.

We were there tonight 6-21-19. Lindsay was our waitress. She was very sweet and attentive to not only our table but those others around us. She has a great attitude and work ethic. The food was good, my wife had a small issue with her wrap but Lindsay and her manager promptly handled and remedied the issue. We look forward to getting her again next we eat here.

Definitely the worst service we have ever received… took over 30 minutes after we ordered to get our drinks. We asked 6 different people for napkins. The people working the kitchen had to bring out our appetizer, since our server disappeared, only to come back and tell us how she got seated another table that she wasn’t supposed to and that the store was beyond broke, so we couldn’t get any extra fries. After we had to go to the bar to see if the drinks were poured, the bartender got us a new server, and he was awesome. We will NEVER go back to this Red Robin!

The food was okay, but the service was lacking. Started out terrific, but as soon as we got our food it went downhill. Never got a refill on my drink even though I asked twice. Our server never glanced our way, and I had to ask the seating host to have her get our check after waiting for over 14 minutes. I understand that places are understaffed, but if you can’t handle the amount of tables don’t seat them. Red Robins have gone downhill over the last year. So much so I don’t want to return.
