please beware i went through the drive thru this morning to get me a arizona burrito for which i pay an extra 2.20 for sour cream when i get to work there was no sour cream on my arizona burrito and hardly any cheese which is supposed to already come included with the price – its already expensive enough and for them to be stingy with their extra condiments is a real shame on them!!! customers beware the food is good but its not ok for them to get selfish with all the extras that make the food even better i was very dissappointed and of course will want some of my money back but i will think twice before going back to this place. no sourcream sad face 🙁

Delicious and quick! Their beans and rice are on par with sit down Mexican restaurants. Plenty of combos to choose from.
Their carne Asada is delicious, hot and fresh! (they accidentally gave us a shredded beef, but kindly replaced it with the correct order).
They have self-serve chips and salsa which are fresh and delicious. The creamy Verde sauce has a kick!

I often get lunch at this location and even though their food is good the customer is almost nonexistent. Sometimes when I come in, there is no one to take my order. After waiting for several minutes a cashier takes my order to then dissappear in the back. As I wait for my food I see the cook making food nonstop and placing plates on a station for the cashiers to hand out. However more often than not there is noone to hand out food to customers! Yesterday there were two ladies gossiping in the back and cackling very loudly for several minutes before they finally decided to come to the front to hand me my order which had been ready for a long time just sitting there waiting for them to finish socializing. I’m honestly thinking about just getting me some McDonald’s from across the street next time!

I have a dairy and egg sensitivity. I put that repeatedly in all caps through out my order and still received all of my food slathered in this creamy sauce. This is the second time this has happened. Clearly listening and instructions are not their forté.

Drove all the way to this location for the rating. Very disappointed. Service was cut throat. Asked for extra cheese got charged for extra cheese but didn’t get extra cheese. Also asked for fries, meat and cheese but they add something extra on top. Never coming back here.

Their prices have really gone up. Food is good, but man it got pricy. I used to get the 2 carne asada burritos with rice/beans combo for $14, now it’s almost $25.

Been to a lot of Filiberto’s in and around the Phoenix metro area. This is by far, in my opinion, the best in the valley. Completely clean, from lobby, to bathrooms, to the parking lot. Food areas were cleaned and filled. Prices are average as well as the dishes. But the quality that came from their kitchen hit the plate better than any others. Food was on point.
