BK is the kind of place where you go to eat something specific from the limited time menu and they don’t have it. I had to order the regular chicken fries instead. The only good thing was the jazz music playing in the background. No wonder why the place was empty. The crew in the kitchen were nice, hard working.

Tae and Gio were very up spirited and helpful with my order. They were patient and efficient. Ezequiel made sure my visit was correct and made me feel welcome. I will definitely return! The restaurant was clean, the food came out great.

Took forever to get the food. They were nice enough to give me the ice cream while I waited but it took about 15 min. And I was the only one in the drive through. The chicken was undercooked and gooey on the inside.

I spend extra money to get the SpongeBob meal. Not only did I didn’t get what i ordered I had hair in my food and nobody in the building could be bothered to help. On top of all of that every single order that my family ordered was wrong. They didn’t take cash. I would not recommend coming here. Also as we waited for over 20 minutes at FAST FOOD we were then told we had to get out because they closed while we waited for our food.

I asked for a complementary small cup of ice water with my order. I can’t drink soft drinks.
I was charged $2.89. I replied that a small ice water was not usually a a charge. I used to eat there regularly. She rudely replied, “I don’t make the prices sir.”
They never charge for a small water but she couldn’t have cared less.
She certainly didn’t like having to work on Halloween night and was making sure knew it.
Normally the night crew are great guys. But not this person. Nothing but a dismissive tone.

Whenever I go the this location, the food is always good. But when I order from Doordash, they always get my order. 90% of the time, my order is always wrong. Whoever is there at night needs to learn how to pack the doordash orders correctly. I only order nuggets, and they never give me the correct amount of nuggets. Its very very frustrating. I will not order burger king from doordash anymore because my order is never ever correct.

By far THEEE WORST Burger King I have ever been to in MY LIFE!! If I could give this store a negative I would! Ps. The store associate who works overnight “Olivia and Lynett” was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Now I could see why they both “overnight.” They don’t need to work in customer service. We came to this Burger King location on September 29, 2025. When walking up to the counter, we waited above 5 minutes until one of the staff members came to greet us. There was a staff member who was currently working the food line and register while also being on headset, but he didn’t seem to pay us any mind. We were greeted and welcomed in by the staff members Gio and Lynette, they were funny and made us feel welcomed. I can’t say a lot of places still do this, so i appreciate this sincerely. We ordered our food at about 9:45 and got it back at 9:52 so the service was pretty fast. The only comment I have that would be negative would be one of the mangers(as i stated in the beginning) was a bit to worried about doing the line and cleaning the floors rather than getting the rush out the way. I believe his name was Jose. During our wait time in the beginning, he glanced over at us but still didn’t customer service us, which was kinda disappointing. I would still love to come back to this establishment because it has a nice atmosphere to it.
