Location took and charged me for my order but was apparently “closed”. Saw a bunch of doordashers/ubereats trying to get in to get their orders and they couldn’t either. Nobody would come to the door or talk to us, or help. Just stealing our money and time. If you want to have a party that’s fine but turn off ordering. This location just likes stealing money from customers

I went to this location on 3/7 through the drive thru. When I pulled up to the find I could hear the manager yelling at the other employees with the window shut. She opened the window and took my payment and then shut the window again. She then continued to yell at them. I knocked on the window and she opened it again. I told her it wasn’t ok to yell at them like that. She said she was doing it to make them work faster. I told her she was creating a poor work environment and to stop. No one deserves to work in a toxic environment. Taco Bell upper management needs to step in and do something.

This Taco Bell in Bountiful is pretty standard — nothing particularly memorable about the food, but it delivers the expected flavors. The restaurant was clean during my visit, and the service was very fast, which makes it a convenient stop if you’re short on time. While it’s not a place you’d go out of your way to visit, it works when you’re craving fast food at a decent price.

Drive thru employee we’ll call him tattoo face was degrading and rude on 1/23/26 -also did not get half my food! The other half was cold and old. Worst fast food experience I’ve had in years. Waste of time and money. Will never be back and thank god I’m not as miserable as the 40 year old Taco Bell tattoo face drive thru guy

When ordering we kept getting cut off instead of letting us get a word in. Got our food and the taco my daughter got was super watery, the cheesy bean and rice burrito only had nacho cheese and chicken with no rice, and the chicken quesadilla only had chicken on two pieces. Definitely would not recommend this location as it was a waste of $20

I have no idea why you allow ordering on the app but then have no pickup hours listed? I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the app or with your store, but I’ve never had it with another Taco Bell so I’m going to say it’s probably your store. It’s happened a few times now and I’m done, I’d rather just give my money to a different business.
If you’re reading this, don’t go here (this location or the company at all if you aren’t using the app for ordering). Considering the only deals you ever get are in the app, the food isn’t worth the price you would pay normally.

I was having a bad night from work and I talked to (Paul – team member) through the drive thru. Made my night ! Awesome customer service skills You need to clone this guys performance and skills and personality + give him a raise because it’s rare I come across this and I have 25+ years in customer service and can’t definitely tell when someone goes above and beyond! This guy hits it!

My daughter and I and my 2 grandbabies stopped at this Taco Bell today and first thing we ordered a #5 NACHOS BELLGRANDE, TACO, DRINK, she asks ‘what to drink?’ so we tell her a baja blast, large, then proceed with remaining order. We get back to my daughter’s home and we go to pull out our food and literally this big bag has only 2 quesadillas, a cheesy tot, and an order of chips and cheese. And we got a Baja blast, which, for the record they are low on syrup so essentially, we got blue carbonated water. So here I am still, hungry, with no thing to show for my $20-$30 I spent. I am very upset very disappointed and also very hungry and thirsty. Thanks Taco Bell.
