Everytime i go to this Waffle House i get annoyed… why is there a cat that the workers feed “guarding” the door .. you have customers who are severely allergic to cats or who are simply terrified of cats .. why is a cat wondering around a restaurant??? screams NASTY !

Regarding two recent online orders at Waffle House #1078 on Tuesday, September 9th (which was also my birthday) and Wednesday, September 10th. Both times I ordered biscuits and gravy since it was available on the menu online, and I drove down to the store to pick it up.
Unfortunately, on both occasions, the store told me they did not have the biscuits and gravy available. On the first day, I was given a cup of chili and a dry biscuit instead, which really wasn’t what I ordered or wanted for my birthday meal. On the second day, I faced the same issue, and the staff mentioned that the previous shift hadn’t made the gravy, and they were too busy to help me with a refund or an alternative. So I ended up not getting the item I ordered on either day or a refund.
It was pretty disappointing to have this happen—especially on my birthday.
The fact your staff have the ability to have it available but choose not to two days in a row is concerning given it’s on your menu.

We arrived at about 7:30 pm and were immediately told that the restaurant was only doing to go orders, no dining in. But there were three booths with customers sitting and eating. Very rude and acted like we were interrupting their talking/visiting time. There were 2 servers and a cook, not busy. I highly recommend you drive a tad down the road to the Waffle House on McCain where everything was exceptional!

Manager does not care at all! We sat in a booth for 15 minutes waiting on a cup of coffee. When asked to speak to a manager, he clearly did not care. No apology, no sense of urgency to fix the problem. He just looked at me and said would you like your meal paid for? No I don’t want my meal paid for! I want good genuine customer service. And a dang cup of coffee! This waffle house used to be the best one in town. Please find new management at this location. It’s not the same !!

I visited this Waffle House location recently with my mom and my husband. The food was delicious, as usual! The service was great, too! As far as atmosphere…well, it’s Waffle House, so it’s chill, smells like yummy breakfast, and it was pretty quiet that morning compared to my other visits. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere is because I wish they’d go back to having regular jukeboxes. I don’t really like the fact that I need an app or to purchase credits digitally in order to play music. Let’s go back to the old-school jukebox in Waffle House, please! That’s my only critique, which isn’t even a big deal. Everything else was great!

Walking in there’s no greeting and after a short awkward seconds a person working there says just grab a seat.. two booths in the back corner both filthy from neglected cleaning.. after insisting they be cleaned we sit and upon scanning the place there where puddles of water forks and spoons on the floor. The order placed was not what we received food was terrible and the staff did little to show any kind of effort
