First of all, I ordered an Uber Eats pick up, my uber eats person communicated to me when she got there that the lobby was closed (at 9pm)? So she had to go through the drive through which took her about 15 minutes. When she got to the window they then told her someone else picked up the order which is funny because I can see in my app nobody else picked it up. So the first problem was not telling this girl at work and waiting her time, second problem they complained LIED because they where to lazy to make it. How did someone else take it if your lobby was closed? Thirdly, I understand long waits, and places being busy. But there’s nothing more myself or anyone else hates more then a liar. If your employees are constantly lying like this because this is the SECOND TIME this scenario has happened this week to me with zaxbys. It all falls back on the company. And I will be contacting corporate. If you don’t like your job then go do something else and quit ruining people’s dinners, wasting their time, and money!!!!!!

Food is usually good, I go here probably twice a week cause it is so close to home. It really depends on who’s working that night for the type of service you get. Drive thru is usually quick not always friendly but never been rude either. Dine in can be sometimes slower and slightly rude if the older lady is working

Several times I have visited this location and order food in the drive through. Every single time, I am sent to the parking lot to wait for 25 minutes. I am ordering chicken tenders and fries, so I don’t understand why this causes such a wait. The food is always fine once we finally get it, but there is no reason to have people pull into a parking spot.

Genuinely Worst experience i had a good handful of rude employees and the manager tya was no help just kinda around also seems like they didnt have enough employees for such a busy restaurant. I wonder why that is i feel bad for the employees cause im sure they dont get paid enough to deal with two maybe three different stations. Honestly for such a busy restaurant I expect better. Should hire more employees if you don’t have enough. Anyway terrible experience wouldn’t recommend to anyone and yeah tya seems to be a unreliable manager from what I saw.

This is the 2nd time my order was messed up the receipt says no tomatoes or bacon the receipt attached to the bag says that as well but there’s tomatoes on the salad anyway and when you call they’re solution is come back really do yall not know how expensive gas is and then they try to talk to you like you lying

Came thru the drive thru was told to park on the side 25 minutes later I had to go in the store and ask for my food. The young black guy asked if I was from the drive thru I said yes and he started laughing. Maybe I missed the joke idk his parents should have done a better job teaching him how to be professional while in an establishment he had long nasty dreads with no hair net on picking over food for one. I asked to speak with the manager and he came out. The manager was most definitely wonderful and I appreciate him for taking care of my order so promptly. But the young black man working there with long dirty dreads needs a lesson in professional when dealing with customers.

This location has fine food but terrible service. Multiple times I have ordered here usually at lunch time. I got a chicken finger plate and was told to wait in a parking spot. Wait time was unacceptable. Probably 15-20 minutes. How does a chicken place not have chicken fingers and fries ready to serve?? This location needs to figure out how to operate.
