Randomly stopped for dinner, Lucera recognized my family right away and warmly welcomed us back. The meat was delicious and we received helped from almost everyone on staff. 10/10 would come back again and again!!

I ordered the Triple Dipper which was also introduced on a TV commercial, but the taste was not as good as I expected. My son didn’t say anything about the food which means it wasn’t delicious. Also, the price ($18.39) was not cheap compared to the quality of the food. Applebee’s offers a variety of meals at lower prices, and better taste, of course. I won’t be ordering from Chili’s again.

Instead of telling me that I can pay with tablet on the table. Two different waiters told me they will hand me the bill. I waited at the table for 40 mins no bill. Another waiter that was a guy with cornrows told me I can just pay using the tablet. I really wish I did not have to wait 40 minutes just to pay my own bill. A simple explanation would suffice. It was just rude that the other two didn’t even tell me they were just pretending.

Haven’t had good service in a long time. A lot of restaurants feel like order takers or have machines to take your order. Luisa Guzman was exceptionally helpful and attentive, felt like hospitality in a restaurant got revived. Super sweet and kind. If you visit this Chilis ask for her!!

We used to come here often and were always greeted and taken care of by Melissa. She was amazing with our daughter and with us. After moving within the city, we hadn’t been back in a while, but on our return we were thrilled to see Melissa still here.

She brought the same positive energy, attentiveness, and warmth that we remembered. Melissa truly makes this location shine and elevates the entire experience. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

It’s been years that I went to Chili’s. Quite some things have changed the last time I went. I’m glad that it’s still located at Fremont Hub, where I usually go to. The place seems to be a bit narrow in terms of height and kinda small though.

Great service from the waitress! I want to get the Big Smasher Burger and she told me that it’s part of the “3 for Me” deal. Selected Drink + Appetizer + Course starting at $10.99, which is a great deal! The food tastes amazing. The chips and salsa portion is really big for one person haha

This will be one of the go-to places to dine outdoors. I heard that there are more good dishes to try out and will be back for sure.

Love a good chili’s and we had a great t server. Just the seating felt a little odd. The bar and tables around the bar were just seat yourself no matter how large your group was. Tables around the restaurant were open but still a 15 minute wait. Maybe short on staff, but why allow bar seating to just sit and have a bartender over worked? But overall great food and great server.

I’ve been to other Chili’s in this east bay area, and I usually order to go. I left my number so that they can text me when my order is ready, bit for some reason, no one texted me. I had to finally go inside, and the lady that took my order was surprised that I was still there. I asked another gentleman how long my order was ready, he said 10 minutes! Why am I leaving my number, and not one server bothered to text me? Very poor service. I will go to Union City or San Leandro Chili’s. They always let me know when my order is done!

It’s always my go-to place in Fremont with friends. One can find food options for all tastes and drinks too. I recommend Mango Margarita!

David has been our server a few times here – he is amazing. He is funny and always very helpful.
