Absolutely disgusting! Manager is terrible. Have been on the road for 12 hours so we stopped in to use the restroom and grab food. The restrooms looked like a dumpster and had flies everywhere. We got the food to go after waiting 20 plus minutes and realized that our food was cold and the potatoe bowls were burnt to a crisp, called the store asking what she could do. I was told she could refund it but we had to come to the store. I explained that wasn’t going to happen we were already back on the highway and still had another 2 hours to drive. She could careless! Someone needs to read these reviews and give that location a makeover! Facebook and google reviews are horrible!

Consistently have had issues with them being out of food for both myself and people I know, and tonight I was sitting in the drive thru for 5+ minutes while no one responded and eventually had to drive around the drive thru to get anyone to respond, just to find out they were out of the item I was going to get anyways

The drive thru at this place is the worse drive thru I’ve ever seen at a fast food place. Idk what they were thinking building that but wow… you need a go mini cooper or a smart car to drive through it. You can see thousands of people hit the curves around there. Aside from that embarrassing drive thru, you always get jipped on the food. Other Taco Bell’s give you food in your tortillas, but this one gives you like half the amount of food. I was surprised when I opened my Crunchwrap supreme and they cheated me out of so much meat that I had to look closely to see there was some, but it was such a small amount it almost looked like dust in the sauce.

It took 20 minutes to get two burritos. I had to walk up to the counter and then they realized that there were people in the lobby that needed food so they put someone on that side to start making our food. All while there are two employees in the lobby talking and going over things.

Normally I always use the drive thru but tonight, I decided to go into the lobby. All I ordered was a drink and two waters and I had to wait over 5 minutes to get that because you no longer order from people, its all kiosk. Kind of ridiculous.

We didn’t catch her name however the Women working the window was absolutely amazing. We showed up a little late as we hadn’t made it in time, so we came close to closing time. She was very accommodating and extremely kind. Even held a little conversation with us. She mentioned she normally doesn’t work the window but she was covering for her co worker at the time, and she did amazing anyway! Super grateful and pleased with our experience
