The manger here is fantastic! He was on the ball teaching out younger generations how to put order together right with no errors. I want even waiting long and he acknowledged me and my time. I appreciate this wonderful customer service as well domt get this or see this much anymore I feel him amd his store deserves recognition! Keep up the great work you are appreciated. I especially am greathful I don’t have to drive out of my area to get this great service and fresh food money well spent. ♀️

Food was great. Hadn’t been to a long John silver’s in over 10 years and still as good as I remember.
The manager and workers at the counter were very nice. It did take a little long for just a couple wraps and an order of clam strips but the manager was apologetic and polite about the wait. I appreciated the courtesy.
The inside may be in need of a little updating but will definitely stop by again.

Stella runs a great ship at this establishment.The whole team is very Kind, Sweet and amazing. i’ve been to a lot of other LJS and this one stands out the most by giving the wholesome feeling of home. Stella and her team treating me just like family and bringing up my spirits after having a terrible night previously. I hope this team has a wonderful holiday season!

A/C is out for the dining and kitchen area. Employees look hot and miserable. But the restrooms were cold. Store should have closed until A/C is fixed. It felt like over 80 in the dining area, I can only imagine back in the kitchen.
The chicken, shrimp, and fries were hot and fresh. My only complaint about the food was that my chicken planks were small and more like strips. The green beans and corn tasted slightly burnt. Soda tasted like there wasn’t enough syrup, and carbonation was not working properly.

Went to celebrate my boys 29th and 30th birthdays. The manager (Stella) and her crew were AMAZING!!!! I have NEVER gone anywhere where they have gone ABOVE and BEYOND. They were so quick and the food was all hot and delicious. With a family of almost 30 people they were so nice and offered to put the tables together. They even joined as we sang Happy Birthday. In a world where restraunts are quick to get people in and out and forget about the service they should give. They made us all feel at home. Thank you, Long John’s crew.

Not sure about the food yet. My son placed an order for future pick up at 9:30pm. They made it around 7pm something. It sat for over 2 hours. They refused to remake it as it was close to closing time. They said it was under a heat lamp. The food is COLD!!!! My son works at Amazon and doesn’t have time to leave. He doesn’t have time to be reheating everything. Do better LJS’s. The lobby door was locked at 9:15.

Tried to order on app which ended up charging me and not registering. Went in and ordered again and staff was super nice. I told them my issue and they were super friendly and had excellent customer service, something extremely rare. They made sure everything was fresh for my inconvenience. I have not been to long john silvers in years but will drive across town to go to this one. Thank you for turning a bad experience into a positive one. Absolute 5 star service.

Everything and when I say everything from the batter , fish , chicken, shrimp , fries hush puppies was hard and not worth it , only thing was good an employee gave free drinks , but I didn’t bother to try the drinks since everything else was disappointing
