order fries ceasar wrap and a kids meal, kids meal came with a juice box that looked like it seen better days, the straw was not on it and the juice box was just all smashed up. and best part was the extra moist, and square shaped wrap! i mean the lettuce was so fresh that it looked yellowish. the fries were over done tasted more like dry chips .sprite tasted like tap water. gotta get this place under control

I’ve never seen such a mess and disorganization anywhere! I ordered a quesadilla with my son. We’ve been waiting for 15 minutes, I come up and ask, where is my order? He answers, and now I’ll cook it! At the same time, there are a crowd of employees there, they talk about nothing, laugh and just have fun, but they don’t fulfill their direct duties!!! Solve the issue with the organization of work! It’s a mess for a lot of money!

I absolutely enjoyed my dinner tonight with my daughter. The overall staff was really nice and Nick was a big help for me and kind when I had questions about my meal. It was also clean on the inside. This is one of the best ones I’ve been too and the food was exceptional!

Pretty sure the people can’t read. Honestly trying to understand how I was missing half my take out order even though the items were listed on my receipt that they stapled to my bag. Had to come back and get my drink and got attitude about it like I was just supposed to let that slide. Was given my bag super sealed only to rip it apart and find half my order missing.

The store manager Arisleidy and the Dominican store manager “Victor” takes great care of us whenever we come. They both have great people skills, multitasker, taking drive-through orders, cooking and taking care of us inside of the store. I have no idea how they do it but they do it. They make sure that we have fresh food, plates, utensils, and sauces to take home. I totally recommend this Pollo Tropical at this location.
