This location offers ample parking and a spacious patio, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in Chicago. The service was prompt, and the cashier had a great attitude. The three stars are because the bathroom did not have soap, the plant beds in the patio only have weeds, and the outside tables are not clean. The store was almost empty when I came at 1 PM, so there is no excuse for not taking care of the place.

Rude for no reason. We decided to have a family day at Starbucks. Me (the wife) ordered a hot chocolate. It tasted like hot water. I politely explained what the issue was and immediately got a nasty attitude by staff. Never again.

I enjoyed my visit at this Starbucks. I was taken care of by Josue who had such a positive attitude when taking care of me. He was polite when taking my order and went over the top with providing me excellent service and coffee of course! I’d recommend him to anyone who visits this location.

I love coming here to do my homework, BUT the music its just TOO LOUD! Even when putting noise canceling headphones on you can still hear everything. staff & service is great . I just dont know when starbucks became super loud with their music.

I bought a latte at this location but instead received the wrong drink which costs more. She gave me refund 0.22 cents but it never came to my card. It’s not a first time that I had the issue with a different drink instead.The other thing, the sales persons are not friendly, they didn’t want to give the puppuccino for my dog, only with a purchase/ before it was free/. They even didn’t give the water , when the weather was extremely hot. Do not recommend this location, the waiting time is too long if you do not leave tips! The drinks are expensive enough to give the tips for them!!!

Waited over 10 minutes for a cortado. There were 2 drinks ahead of me. I’m not sure why they’re taking their sweet time making someone’s drink when it takes less than 5 minutes to make. Seems like you have to put your order in and then go shop and come back and it still won’t be done.

I’ve been a gold member for over 12 years & this is my first and last time coming to this location. Customer service is horrible. I asked to BUY a cup of water and two employees stated no because I didn’t buy anything. I came here to study and my belongings were already placed down meaning I planned on stay here for some time. So rude, I planned on buying something but not at the moment, might as well told me to leave too since I’m not buying anything at the moment. Just an unwelcoming experience/location never coming back here & now I’m not buying anything now.

Starbucks is one of my favorite places but this Starbucks is one of the places I not going anymore since one of the workers. She yelled at me as I grabbed one of the drinks on the table to see if it was mine. The way she yelled at me was rude and humiliating, as if I was trying to steal a drink. She told me that wasn’t the drink she was ordering. I told her I knew that, I was just looking for my friend’s drink. She yelled at me again to get away from there, as if she hadn’t understood me. She went to find a Latina girl who speaks Spanish to ‘translate everything she was yelling at me into English’ Obviously I’m a bilingual person, so I don’t understand why she called someone else to tell me everything in Spanish. She is a black woman and just wanted to humiliate me because I’m a Latina girl and she was making fun of it. I would never go back to this place. I’d rather drive 30 minutes farther for good service.

It was not that busy here. Seems like it was just people ready to talk to each other other than take orders. Stood in line almost 20 minutes before I placed my order. Then another 10 to get my frappe. Not in a rush to go back to this location.
