Wendy’s will always have great food and drinks. Can’t say the same for the employees who are rude at this location for no reason. You can’t add ‘sir” to the end of rude talk and think it justifies it.

Paid $14 and didn’t get the butter or sour cream for me baked potato. When I asked for a sauce for my chicken sandwich young woman went to charge me for it?? I said never mind, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed I didn’t have the potatoe fixins I wish I had checked

Terrible service experience.
When ordering at the drive-thru, we had to repeat our order about five times. I understand that intercom issues can happen, so I didn’t mind at first. However, the staff’s attitude during this process was unprofessional. At the window, we had to repeat the order several more times, which I was willing to overlook if it was just a misunderstanding. But despite confirming the order correctly, the supervisor or manager was rude and passive-aggressive throughout the interaction.
To make matters worse, when we finally checked the bag after leaving (since we were short on time), the order was completely wrong. We had ordered three Baconators and a Son of Baconator but received three double hamburgers (no bacon) and a Baconator without a bun (photos attached). Adding to the frustration, we weren’t given a receipt, making it impossible to call or reference the order. I believe I deserve a refund for this horrible service.

Never realise I was getting charged an extra dollar for the breakfast. On the board at the drive thru, it says combo 7.59 BUT when you look at your receipt ( IF THEY GIVE IT TO YOU), they charge you for the drink and wedges. How is it a combo but I’m still paying extra for stuff that already comes with it. So not only a bad attitude but liars too. It’s giving fraud.

all they do is gossip in the back. I pulled up to the window and like 4 employees are just standing there in a huddle talking and after I paid she made me reverse back and when the order was ready she was going to tell me to pull up. Never in my life have I ever experienced this. Why do you want to reverse? She lucky I had paid already bc I would’ve just drove away. This really thru me off from ordering my food to the end bc mid order she tells me to hold on and I had to keep repeating myself and wanted to get an attitude when I put a tone in my voice for continuously repeating myself. I really wanted to ask her why she wanted me to reverse but my husband told me it wasn’t worth it. I don’t know what they did to my order. I threw it out. Waste of $24. never going there again.

Apparently they dont accept capital one cards but I’m pretty sure the lady that worked there was hungry and said that so she could just eat the food. She Also made a nasty face as we told her we didn’t have anything other then capital one

I have lived in East Orange all my life, but I’ve only gone to this Wendy’s twice; last Friday and today. I don’t know if it’s always been this good, but the drive-thru at night makes the best food I’ve ever seen.
The hours are correct, but only the drive-thru is open before 8 AM and after 10 PM.
The two burgers I ate and the chicken nuggets were just as good as the last time I ate here. I will be coming back here often after swearing off 7-11 and Tacobell.
After reading the reviews, it seems like the night staff are super chill. My burgers look like royalty next to whoever is preparing the rush hour food. I might come at these times to check the quality, but I’d like to say I also ordered through mobile order.

Place is clean, but the momentum in here is stagnant. It took my 15 min on the line than 10 min just to get a frosty and that’s with a full staff in the kitchen area. Cashier was the most laxed I have ever seen, wasn’t sure if she just got off a good smoke break or she was in need of a B12 shot. But folks were working so slow I almost forgot what I ordered.

Waited half an hour for a chicken sandwich and fries. Asked the cashier for chili instead of fries and she said that wasn’t possible. Than went to give her 20.50 when my total was 13.50. She said she didn’t know how to give back that change. Bruh.

Update about this place. I gave it another chance. Still failed me. I can’t even say it’s really the food. It’s the employees I bought this new frosty caramel crunch fusion. . They couldn’t even make it look pretty like the picture just stuff .thrown on top of a vanilla frosty?So sorry I’ll stick to Springfield on Morris Turnpike take care how they make your food. It’s always fresh, no crowds, no wait time The caramel on top for $5 and it’s so small for a medium And that ain’t even the issue.The issue is Damien didn’t even seem to careThere are 2 Wendy’s in my area this one and Central Ave both of them are slow. I only come to this one because the one on Central Avenue tries to give you cold food, and if you ask for hot food, they get a attitude . You go through the drive through, you sit there. 30 to 40 minutes the line be around the block. This is a fast food restaurant. I have worked in fast food places. There is none slower than this and White Castle. I have been sent here thirty minutes already Just to go for car lengths
