After a fun day at the strawberry festival, myself, my wife and our 3 year old daughter were all hungry, so we chose Beef O’Brady’s. After we were seated, we place our drink orders and then our food order. All was well until we need to wash our daughter’s hands. To the access the restrooms, one is needed to travel through the game room. This is where everything went south. Our daughter’s focus was turned to the game room. She completely forgot about being hungry and wanted to do nothing but work levers and smash buttons. We were left with a couple of choices. Do we discipline our daughter in the middle of the dining room and disrupt everybody else’s dining experience, or do we just have our food placed in boxes and leave? We chose the later. But it did not end there. For the next hour and a half, we had to deal with a very upset three year old. All this was due to somebody’s choice for a money grab by positioning the game room at the restrooms. Thank you very much. We were hoping for a good ending to a great day. This did not happen because we chose to visit this Beef O’Brady’s.

I used to love beef’s wings as a kid and as an adult I don’t eat them much but seems like the quality of the wings itself went down and my wife got the Philly cheese steak smaller than expected and not seasoned well or at all and please tell me why this wing looks gray I almost threw up because I bit the other side before I realized it

I just ordered a to go order from there today. I called before I got there twice to try to order it on the phone and the phone just rang endlessly no one ever answered. Young girl named Nevaeh waited on me. She was friendly, but I specifically ordered the shrimp dinner and she said you want cocktail sauce with that and I said yes I did. I didn’t want it dumped in any kind of sauce, but I want the side of cocktail sauce OK the shrimp are so burnt and so overcooked they’re hard to eat. There’s no kind of sauce in there and then I order a house salad. The house salad look like ice had melted in it or something cause there’s water like all in the bottom of it. I waited 30 minutes for my food tipped this lady 25% not to get my sauce to get food that was absolutely awful. The fries were ice coldPlease do not go there and yes, her name was Nevaeh. She got a very generous tip from me which she didn’t deserve. I’ll never go back there again.

This is one of the more recently renovated Beef O Brady’s locations. This place is tucked away in the plaza, but there’s a lot of amenities here like deals, a bar, and a private space. The service was attentive and friendly, but they took a little longer than expected.
The food here is at a good value. The OMG Burger was big, but it was juicy and flavorful. The curly fries are also an iconic treat that is served here, and only for 16 dollars. Overall, this place doesn’t stand out from other locations, but still a good experience.

It took over 10 minutes to be greeted . When we were greeted our waitress Sabrina wasnt very pleasant or kind : Seem like she was to focused on other things rather then attending to guests . When we finally were done and asked for our check it took over 15 minutes for us to even receive it . I only have a star rating because I didn’t have an option to put 0 but I highly wouldn’t recommend this location because of the servers service . ME AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION .

We actually live in Valrico where we have two Beef’s nearby but we have come out here to Plant City a lot lately because of the service. Stormy has taken care of us the last couple times and she has been great! Very attentive and friendly.
