Stood at counter for 10 min waiting on service. Manager looked at me and walked past me to sit down and get on her cell phone. Lady in drive through looked at me and walked the other way. Man in grill looked at me and went back to grill. No one greeted me. I finally decided to get my own hot sauce and the manager jumped up as soon as I started to step behind the counter and get the hot sauce. I as a former McDonald’s employee am very disappointed at this level of service.

My daughter placed a mobile order 30 minutes prior to pick up, she was alerted that her order was ready, she stood inside for 15 minutes looking at her order sitting on the counter, asked 2 separate people to please hand her the bag. She was told to wait. At this point she had to leave to not be late to work. The manager was rude when she called to find out how to get a refund. No apology, just a we are busy, maybe you should come work here and help us” absolutely terrible customer service

Service was actually good. I didnt have to wait long and the employees were pleasant. However the food specifically the fries were beyond disgusting. Being in foodservice myself they either cooked the fries to death or they cooked them a second time to heat them up. They were so hard you couldn’t eat them. I know its fast food but come on the fries are usually the best part!

This is hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. As a doordasher I make money by delivering orders to my customers ON TIME. And this McDonald’s has a habit of saying that my orders are ready for pick up when THEY ARE NOT. After a certain point I’m losing money because of how slow and terrible the customer service is. I am currently writing this review as I’m waiting for my doordash order, I’ve been sitting at the register for 20 minutes AFTER they placed my order ready for pick up, and have had ONE person come up and barely acknowledge my existence. Just terrible.

The drive-thru is always backed up and you’re waiting 5-10 minutes during the day they just never seemed to have either a good system or the right people working there or enough people working there. Drive-thrus or should be quick not waiting 10 minutes to get to the window for a simple drink

One of the worst in New England. Ripoff prices on par with major metros. 80% “pull ahead” rate. They have a full fledged system of moving people into spaces instead of serving at the window. 8-10 minute minimum wait for even simple orders. Slow, expensive and double check your back because they can’t keep orders straight.

Another bad attitude, feel rushed taking my order, and get pulled up with nobody in line to help their drive thru times…. pathetic. Not to mention you mess up my food every time I go through. I’m done. You lost a regular. Update on this place….. added photos. These people are either purposely being gross and unorganized, or they are dumb. No other explanation.
