Sushi are okay, have really good selections. There is also buffet hibachi besides that. The inclusion on the buffet is a lot so it’s totally worth it. The server was very nice and polite.

Just left this place and it’s sure to be the highlight of my week. It’s like the power I formation of restaurants. No frills no gimmicks just rally the troops and let’s get this food out here. It’s so cheap for lunch and it’s all you can eat so if you come in hungry there’s no way to avoid getting your moneys worth. You don’t wait too long and you leave full. I love sushi king like I love David Bowie love and hugs to everyone involved in putting this together

Tasty. The shumai was odd and I’ve never had a beef pot sticker before. The shrimp tempura and crunchy roll were particularly good.

First time visit and the all you can eat lunch is absolutely worth it! It’s rare to dine for less than $40 for 2 these days and we left satisfied.
You can chose anything on the menu but we ordered as we finished plates to avoid being charged for any excess. I could’ve did without the fried rice and hibachi steak as it tasted just ok. But the sushi was delicious. The volcano roll may have been my favorite but none of the rolls disappointed! We also loved having the option of having our gyoza and shumai steamed or fried (fried is the way to go). Our server was attentive and the restaurant wasn’t too packed either. Would definitely return!

Yo, what the heck happened? This used to be our favorite all you can eat place. That is, until tonight.
The service was unbelievably slow, and our waitress got every single order wrong, and at one point brought something to our table that I have a serious food allergy to.
The manager was a decent guy, and ended up eventually taking my order for me, and packing it up for us to go with no charge, since we were about ready to walk out as it was. He also tacked on a 10% discount, which was nice of him to do.
Their waiters and waitresses need to actually learn the menu, and work on communication. This was absolutely unacceptable.
In the past, the service and food at this location has been excellent. But I’m unsure if we will be returning again.
Also never got my soup.
As a side note, what’s up with all of the artwork of white women wearing Japanese clothes and stuff? It just seems weird…

I went here for my birthday and it was amazing and fast- even during the dinner rush! (About 10-25 min wait)
The food was delicious and fresh. The tempura was just amazing, if you come here it is a staple. The sushi also tasted really fresh and the fish was so good. It melted in your mouth. The atmosphere was also really nice except for the fact that the floors are always super slippery, I think this is just so the workers can move faster. And the service was just amazing. Amazing! Everybody went through everything really fast. And if it is your birthday then make sure to tell them because it is something that you definitely don’t want to miss out on.

Came here to carb up for the Richmond Marathon. Food was very good, it’s been a while since I ate at sushi King since we have other places similar where I live in Virginia beach. But this location did not disappoint and neither did the service, the dining area is not very big as other locations may be. But we loved it so much we came back after the race to replenish.
