We ordered breakfast combos. Used my App was suppose to get the 20% off for $10 or more. Didn’t get that. Plus when I ordered the combos w frappes w them usually a discount for ordering the combo. Charged me regular price. When I ask about it they said it’s different at all locations. Hudson only charges me an up charge of 1.79 for my small. Jackson also gives the discount. My hash browns were cold. Def will not be going back I’ve had to many problems with them.

Rude order takers in drive-thru pretty much won’t even let you talk so you have to correct them to mind their manners so they don’t interrupt you! I’m not sure if the team at the Brooklyn store knows this, but parking cars during a peak period is NOT meeting service times. How about we figure it out?

Went to the Brooklyn Michigan McDonald’s for just a medium fry. I watched through the window a staff member remove my fries from someone else bag and put them in a smaller different bag before giving them to me. They were cold and soggy! I was so excited for hot salty fries. Ruined my evening.

Long wait time to be acknowledged, after we were all done eating we noticed employees preparing food without gloves on. Even after digging through trash, taking trash out .. no handwashing and no gloves when he returned. Wish we had seen all that before ordering and eating because we simply would have left.

I ordered online and put drive thru for pick up and when I got there they didn’t have my two frappe and offered another coffee when I said one second so I can ask the person on the phone what flavor the younger kid with really long hair sighed and roll his eyes I said he didn’t think I heard that or notice avoided me after that somebody else came on the older lady that brought me my coffee to my car was very nice. Other than that that the place sucks they never have everything and they always mess up my order will not ever go back after that too many incidents with that McDonald

We pulled up to the speaker to order and they had asked us “are you using your mobile app” my dad said no. We continued to wait for 15 minutes and in the meantime they took another order in the other lane. The only reason she had said anything else was because my dad backed up and triggered the censor again. Obviously frustrated my dad asked her “how long does a person have to wait before they can order” she had said “my headset just went off” so my dad had explained we had waited for her to continue taking our order for 15 minutes and she responded with “sir just place your order”. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never had a bad experience at a Mcdonald’s until today and definitely will not be back to this location. On top of that the dumpster out back was overflowing into the parking spaces around it. If they treat the outside like that I can only imagine what the inside looks like.

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. It’s more of a hit or miss.
When they are busy, it seems service is on the downside. After the rush, the food quality seems much better.
Today, I got there after the morning rush. I ordered the Big Breakfast. Everything was steaming hot & fresh. Great quality.
I enjoy coming here & will return. However, I recommend coming when they are not busy.

The hand sanitizer dispenser by the kiosk is super dirty. None of the tables or chairs had been wiped down. I ended up wiping our tables off myself. The place is hot as blazes. Either ac unit is working or they have it set to high. The bathroom is severely neglected. No TP in 1 stall and the other had enough pile of TP in the toilet it will likely clog it. The hand dryer says do not use yet theres no paper towels to use. The entry doors have greasy hand prints all over them. This has to hands down be the filthiest mcdonalds I’ve ever been to. Thank God Im not from here cuz Id never be back even if I was.

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I have ever been in my life. The food was cold. The entire store from the bathroom to the dining room room to the kids area is absolutely not clean at all. How they get away with this is beyond me. I haven’t been here for a year and still it’s gross.
