This McDonalds is an absolute joke. If I were a manager here, I’d start making some serious changes and a branch manager should start paying closer attention to the quality this place puts out. Very rarely can they get an order correct and the singularly time they do I get a medium fry in a large fry container and they’re cold. They’ve messed up my food on multiple occasions, made me wait way too long for a small number of items, served below par temp food. If I have to wait at least bring my food to me warm. And on top of that very often are the floors and drink area sticky. I have worked in fast food before it is not hard to wipe them down a couple times a day to keep things fresh for your customers. Please. Do. Better. I should not have to travel 14.2 miles for the next closest McDonalds when there’s one in my town.

Service here is terribly slow. A lot of workers just standing around, especially when it’s busy. I haven’t made a visit to this McDonald’s without having something missing from my order. I had to wait 30+ for an order with little to no people in the lobby and very minimal cars in the drive thru. Do better

I stopped into the drive-through at 6 PM to order holiday pies as they are my favorite seasonal item. The pies I was given had an expiration of 6/9 2:26pm. It is against health code to serve hot food that has sat in a warmer for more than four hours. Do better.

Had a mobile order and then placed a normal order at drive through. Asked for 2 double quarter pounders with cheese and I hand the card with a receipt code with it and the guy said “what am I supposed to do with this?” He then taps my card as im explaining the bogo for the survey you can do. And he advised that he no longer can do anything since its paid for. I pull to get my food and its just a single and not a double. As it turns out he handed me back my old receipt with the survey code on it instead of the most recent one. I’ve had a fair share of issues with this mcdonald’s and will probably stop coming back as there are other options in the area.

GOODNESS. i am not happy to be doing this review. i have a HUUGEEE family of 12 kiddos! they all LOVE sweet and sour sauce. i asked for 9…she gave us 3. and we ordered 3 frappocoinous. and that took 20 minutes. mind u it wasn’t busy. so we got those and she still saw me waiting.. then she really started to press my buttons. then i said. mam, can we get a couple more sauces, she said “we already put some in the bag for you” like mam i asked for 9 you gave me 3. and there free. so i’m so disappointed. NEVER COMING BACK.

I came through the drive through on 10/6 around 610-615pm. I have had previous bad experiences with my food being cold and you could tell it had been in a warmer awhile. So when I ordered tonight I asked very politely if I could have my food made “to order” or “fresh” he told me yep that’s no problem. I did didn’t even get fully home until I realized that my fries were cold and stale, and I didn’t even wanna try my burger or chicken nuggets because I knew that they would likely be cold as well. I come back to the store after calling four times and getting no answer only to be met with attitude from the “manager“ I don’t know her name, but she had no teeth. I tell her my issue and she gets an attitude with me and says “well everything was made to order so I don’t know what to tell you“ at this point I pull a fry out of the bag and ask her if she wanted to try it because of how cold and stale they are. She rolled her Eyes and said “well I can make it fresh for you if you want me to“ she then took my bag and told me to pull to the second window. When they brought me my food, my sauce was not in my bag, and the person who handed it to me. Don’t know his name, but it was a Brown hair, heavier set, said well the sauce should be in there have a good night and slammed the window in my face Walked away. I have never been so disgusted with the level of service that I have received. I understand that working in a fast food restaurant can be Very stressful at times, But this is ridiculous.

Waited 20 minutes for food. Never got fries. Waited 10 more minutes for fries. Gave up and left. Supposed to be refunded. Refund never showed. General manager said they would need my bank statements for a refund. First time Ive ever had an experience so bad that I had to complain.

Waited 15 min for food in mobile order app. Came out once with order, didn’t have drinks. Waited 3 min for gal to tell us they didn’t have apple juice. Waited 6 MORE min for her to come back with two of the three drinks and the large tea didn’t even have the monopoly piece on it. What’s the point of this place anymore?! It’s no longer fast and it’s no longer a cheaper option for on the road food. Only saving grace was that the food that did come was at least warm vs the previous experiences of it being ice cold on top of a long wait. If you can’t do mobile orders then take it down. Waiting in the parking lot for 24 min for an incomplete order is frustrating and disappointing and this is the last time I’ll be going here. Too many times there’s been things missing from our order, or too many times we’ll be sitting in the car over 10 min for simple burger and fries orders.

Messed the order up multiple times and was extremely slow service in the dining area. The drive through was steady but not backed up. I counted about 6+ drive through orders fullfilled to one dine in order
