I attended the One Life VIP opening event at One Loudoun in Ashburn, where Nando’s Peri-Peri Chicken (One Loudoun location) was catering, and I want to give special recognition to Daniel, the manager at this restaurant. He was exceptional; very attentive, professional, and genuinely customer-service driven. Daniel made a point to engage with guests, provided a thoughtfully prepared plate of samples, and extended a warm invitation to visit the restaurant. His support truly enhanced the VIP experience and reflected outstanding hospitality. If this is the standard of service at the One Loudoun Nando’s location, it will absolutely attract repeat customers. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Daniel.

We ( my kiddo and I) went there for lunch. Being a weekday, there was not too much of rush and seating easily available. We ordered chicken sandwich and sweet and spicy wrap. The service and staff were quick to help. However, the food was slightly bland for our palate inspite of mentioning medium spice level. My wrap was more on sweet and tangy taste then spicy. Garlic bread was buttery and warm which my kiddo enjoyed. Overall, an okay experience.

I had the pleasure of visiting Nando’s Peri-Peri for the first time, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and full of great energy. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, respectful, and attentive which immediately made us feel comfortable.
What truly stood out, though was the manager taking the time to come to our table to introduce herself and personally welcome us. Knowing it was our first visit, she went above and beyond by making us feel genuinely appreciated — even surprising us with a voucher for a free appetizer on our next visit. That simple gesture meant so much and showed the level of care and hospitality this restaurant offers.
Thank you to the entire Nando’s team. We will absolutely be coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an amazing overall experience.

I ordered catering for a small office meeting, about 12 people. Order was ready and packed up when I arrived to pick up, and the sandwiches and mac and cheese were still hot for lunch in the office! Salad and cole slaw were cold and fresh, cole slaw is AMAZING! Not sweet and I loved it. Great, easy experience overall. Thank you!

Pretty neat place. Excellent, friendly service. The food was good. The sauces are where its at though. Not nearly as spicy as people had told me they were, but really complex flavors nonetheless. If you enjoy bland food or thibk black pepper is spicy, this food isn’t for you. But if you like unique flavors and big helping at a very affordable price, check this place out.

Me and my husband went here since it had good reviews and we were not sure what to eat. I have to say the food was incredible!! I am a very picky eater and a very anxious person but the atmosphere was nice and the waitresses were incredibly sweet and kind. Honestly this place deserves more stars than five. Good food, clean place, great people. It was so good I am coming again tomorrow. They really have any type of food you could want. Also the dessert is amazing!! Honestly just a great place to eat. I got the chicken wrap and he got the wings and egg tart. All was a 10/10. Also thank you to our amazing waitress who was super kind even though we came close to closing.

This was a very cool Nando’s spot. The decor is amazing. The weathered look in the bathroom doors and mirror is very artistic. One of the coolest Nando’s I’ve been in (although I’m no expert as I’ve only been in 3 of them. Of course food and service was great.

Their chicken platter is perfect and taste good. The place have enough space but sometimes is crowded. Visiting this place at least two to three times a month and service isn’t consistent. Sometimes there’s lack of manpower that’s why it affects the service they provided. One time they told us to wait for plates as there’s no plates available to use.
