Observed a McDonald’s employee leaning over the fry station without a beard cover or hair cover. Which is in violation of McDonald’s policies. Reported it to corporate and some woman reached out to me and said that they didn’t have to where a beard net where food is cooking. I observed him standing there and handling food numerous times.

I just wanted a mcflury and I was shocked to see how small the cups gotten and the price went up. You don’t even get the cup full it’s half empty for almost 5 bucks I will not ever buy this again . I’ve gotten them from other stores and they are always full to the bend in the cup/lid. I feel cheated and I even asked if this was the right size I paid for. Stood at the counter for 10 mins while lazy employees talked to each other and walked past me multiple times ignoring me. One employee was even on his phone. I finally asked if anyone worked at the counter and the person looked irritated and said “What you need?” I hope they fire all these people before the new McDonald’s opens….I really do. I’m going to see if I can send a complaint to McDonald’s corporate. The owner of this place obviously doesn’t care and isn’t doing anything about all the problems as anyone can see from reading the awful reviews of this dump.

Dined in here on 2/13/26 around 7pm. Employee was outside in front of the store smoking weed and cussing at customers. While we were inside, the employee came back inside and continued cussing and rambling on. Management did nothing until the police arrived. Worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time…

I’m not one to put food places on blast.
If something’s wrong, I’d rather call and address it directly so it can be fixed.
But when you live down the street from a McDonald’s and still drive across town to avoid it because 4 out of 5 orders are wrong, something has to give.
This morning was the last straw.
Ordered DoorDash and received only half my order .. with eggshells mixed in.
Yeah… livid doesn’t even cover it.
I called and requested a staff meeting, dead serious.
Everyone has bad days, I get that … but consistency matters, especially when people are paying for convenience. Fix the problem it’s been to long

This McDonalds has got to be the only one in the area that still charges “per sauce” and it’s pathetic. I can go right down the road in both directions and get as many as I want for free. The service is always terrible as well, and you will more than likely be waiting a long time for your food.

Bun on my big Mac was stale. The fries were cold and had no salt on them and the Box was only half full. Instead of giving me the pumpkin and cream pie I ordered they gave me a chocolate pie.
