One the customer service is phenomenal huge shout out to Tanya! It’s almost impossible to walk out without a smile. The food itself was great too! We had the lamb chops with mac on the side and it was all so delicious I think I found a new lamb chop spot. Our server Erin did a great job too. Even though I think she was the only server that night she was still quick and always made sure we were good. Overall a 10/10 experience

I want to make sure I give my condolences to the owner (Mike). They had a funeral the day of my visit, we offered our condolences on the day of service as well. My husband over heard the conversation as they were drinking at the bar not attending to us the customers. I made a reservation a week in advance for the 22nd at 6:00pm because of karaoke and the instagram advertisement was AMAZING!. I arrived early to make sure my party would be good and the reservation was valid. I arrived at 5:30, other than the owner and his friends/family we were it. There was a very courteous gentleman that goes by Juan who saved the complete night. Juan greeted us at the door, called Mike over and it seems as though it was going to be great. Mike introduced himself said we could have a particular area and assured us it would be great.(1st red flag) The area had not been clean, someone left their make-up in the booth.(2nd red flag) My sister went to get a drink at the bar after being seated 45 minutes no explanation just nothing. The fella didn’t serve my sister. My HUSBAND sat at the bar had great service off rip. (3rd red flag)The waitress never showed, Juan was the cook, waiter, bartender, cashier and the maintenance for the complete night. The kept saying people (staff) was on their way. They were having a small repast at the bar. The should’ve closed and cancelled the party. The DJ came at 9:00pm, a waitress never came. Granted it was cold but, really. I will admit the food was good. The service, atmosphere and ambience was horrible. Juan was angel, the one thing they got right was hiring them.

I went here on Saturday night at 7pm. They accept reservations and it’s an automatic 18% gratuity on each check. They have a bar area with TVs. The service was horrible. We ordered sloppy chops (they were cold and expensive), smothered potatoes (tasty) and surf and turf Alfredo pasta (cold and mediocre). Sides are À la carte. We waited a total of 45 min to be seated (30 min past our rsvp time). A party of 15 walked out after waiting 2 hours for food and other drinks that was ordered. I seen the frustration on their face when we walked in. Another party of 13 walked out because they had been waiting an hour to be seated. They also had reservations and their table was already set up. Others walked out because they had been waiting to order and never got their drinks.
We were still being hopeful. When we finally got seated. We ordered our food and drinks right away. Another couple that came in 30 min after us ordered their food and drinks after us. They got their food and drinks before us. After our waitress gave them ALL their food. She quickly went past us without stopping and said “Your food should be out soon”. We waited 30 min to get 1 drink. This was after I asked a different wait staff about my drink. Because our waitress was no where to be found. The other wait staff went and got my drink and it was wrong. We waited an hour to get our food.
We were very close to walking out as well. Our food was cold when we got it. The waitress was not apologetic at all and basically ignored us. Although it was not her fault it was not enough wait staff. I thought she could hv been more apologetic and displayed a better attitude. I assume she was stressed and didn’t care because she was automatically getting her undeserved tip. It was people picking up orders and they were wrong. Those people also waited a long time. A few people told them about the dirty bathroom. No one went and cleaned it. I think some of the staff that I seen doing nothing could have helped with drinks, bring out food, take orders etc. Not just manage and sit more people. A lot of people were turned away because of the wait time.
I really hate giving bad reviews and hope they get it together. My experience was very unpleasant. It was not worth spending over 2 hours in a cold restaurant and almost $200 later. They are open Mon-Wed 11am-10pm, Thurs. 11am-2am and Fri.-Sun. 11am-12am

Went here for my friend birthday her dinner reservations was at 7:30 we got there on TIME when we arrived the table was not ready and this was a party plus we was the only people there. We sat at the bar killing time for our table the bartender seemed drunk, then when our table finally was ready after waiting a hour and half we kept complaining no one did anything, it was 3 workers. We finally got out table and were sitting at the table waiting to order. We waited to the point that my friend the birthday girl had to go up to someone because we have been waiting to eat the lady told us ” the waitress just clocked in” then nothing in the kitchen was turned on it was only one guy in the kitchen and he said he won’t be long and he has ran the whole restaurant by himself and the food won’t be long at this point it’s like 9:45 with no food order so we left and went somewhere, wasted my whole friend birthday on this dinner 0/10 service is so trash!!!

We started off with delicious vegetarian egg rolls, yum… I had the surf & turf pasta, and my wife had the prime rib! We also shared the “best Mac and cheese ever”! A must go place for a great meal!! Came here for Mother’s Day dinner. Paid over $155.00 , I was not expecting that. The gratuity is at 20% , I see why they have a lot of take out and DoorDash orders. They had so many take out orders that it took us 1 hour to receive our food. I think that’s a good and bad thing. Anyway, I gave the rating to hopefully help y’all do better. It was the flies for me. We had a hard time enjoying the food because of all the gnats that were flying around our food and us. For the price we paid, that was unacceptable. Food was good , chops and Mac n cheese was delicious. We would recommend the DoorDash option until the dining area is together.

After a horrible experience at the highly rated Ivy (Manager wouldn’t honor reservation when we arrived after waiting until 2pm for brunch) ,we were so very grateful to locate this restaurant and they didn’t have a wait. Modern decor,clean bathrooms, and tables were spaced as to observe social distancing. We were a party of 4 and the food wasn’t bad at all. We did have 2 complaints: 1 Some of our food didn’t come out hot (it was as if some items were finished well before others and was made to wait. 2) It should be posted somewhere that a 18٪ gratuity is automatically added especially since a blank tip line is still present on your receipt. This wasn’t a big deal since our waitress was great but I almost tipped her 38٪ instead of 20٪. We ended up spending $250 for 3 adults & 1 child. We would definitely visit again when visiting Detroit.

My husband and I were excited to finally get a chance to try this place out. There was no wait for the table however it took a very long time to get serviced and to actually receive our apps. Once it was brought out it was in correct so we had to wait even longer. A waitress wasnt attentive but they were under staffed. We couldn’t get an cocktails because there wasnt a bartender on staff. I was extremely let down by our experience especially because it was my birthday celebration. I’m hoping to give them another shot in the future.

I came back to give them another shot. This time they. They didn’t disappoint . Everything was fresh. The bartender (Muffin) had great conversation and customer service. I left full and satisfied. I had the wings, surf and turf with smothered potatoes. Chefs kiss.

If i could give this place 0 stars, I WOULD. When going to eat at this restaurant, be sure to bring your own drink or savor the ONE glass of water that they give you. My Waitress did not offer us any drinks or refills. She was very RUDE and did not deserve the $20 tip that I was forced to leave her. Pictured here is the cajun chicken alfredo. The chicken was very dry, and it’s like they dumped all the cajun seasonings they had onto my plate. Breadstick was burnt and hard as a rock. Chicken alfredo was overly greasy! The lamb chops were the only half decent part of this meal.. HALF DECENT. I will never be returning here. I had a stomach ache before i even left the establishment. TERRIBLE.

Very nice and clean inside and out of restaurant. Waitress (door)was inpatient and kinda rude. Waitress at the table was nice, but didn’t explain the menu to clear to us. (Still okay) however food was good but took soooo long to receive. Restaurant was empty and no live entertainment so we was confused on the wait. Was surprised by the bill and added “gratuity” charge included into the bill. Something should be informed prior to ordering. We still left and $25 tip on top on the extra “gratuity” charge.
