Boisterous Australian-themed chain serving steaks, seafood & other hearty steakhouse fare.

Besides the music being a little too loud for my daughter and myself and my daughters steak being a little to tough to chew, we have really no complaints. Our serve was amazing, sweet, attentive, never let our drinks stay empty for long. (I really wish I could remember his name because he definitely deserves a shoutout! He came to check on us often. Was incredibly understanding when we told him the problem with her steak and offered to have something else made for her. I have absolutely ZERO complaints about my meal. I got the 3 course meal with a house salad, 8oz steak and a loaded baked potato and cheesecake with a raspberry sauce on top. Everything was delicious! Wewill absolutely be back.

The food was excellent! We did take out so it was ready when we got there. I was surprised at how much food was in the bag. The blooming onion was AWESOME! First time I had one. I had the sirloin and grilled chicken. The sirloin wasn’t as tender as I like but it’s not my favorite cut anyway. I’d rather have the ribeye. But the ribeye didn’t come with the chicken. The chicken was great. I loved the fries. My husband has been raving over the ribs. He said it’s the best he has eaten in a long time.

First of all, my steak was cooked to order, tender, and tasted great. The server was polite and attentive. The cost was comparable to other restaurants of this caliber. We had a minor issue and the manger went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were satisfied with our dining experience.

Went for a bite to eat after a movie hoping for a small steak dinner and quick prompt service. I was in luck as I had a waitress by the name of Hope that was friendly, quick, and very attentive. I had a total of five glasses of water she would never allow the water to get low. My waitress would check on me every time something was served or while waiting on the next dish. I was in and out very quick with great service and great food. I will be back for sure.

Prime rib was tough in the middle but the outside had great flavor. Bloomin Onion was great as always. Our server was great. One of the better Outbacks I have eaten at in a while

TL;DR: Good service and Bloomin Onions.
I’m not a huge fan of the outback chain in general, but service here was good.
We had the Mozzarella Bloomerangs (cheese sticks) for an appetizer. I can’t recommend them. But they were ok. The marinara looks a bit unusual but has a fairly typical marinara flavor. I’m mildly disappointed the dish didn’t have more of a bloomin onion flavor.
I ordered the seared Ahi Tuna. I’m not a big steak eater and the Bloomin onion chicken tastes a bit too much like horseradish for my taste. It ended up being very mid tier for seared tuna, but it was still good. Cool deep red center and a pepper encrusted (not much added flavor) and seared exterior. A small cup of creamy ginger sauce pairs excellently with each bite although due to he thin slicing, it’s easy to over apply. A small salad comes with it, but it’s not worth eating. It comes with two sides and I ordered fries. They are apparently fried in the same oil as the blooming onion though so they had some extra flavor.
My wife had the Bloomin Onion Chicken and she enjoyed it even though I did not care for it.
We visited on Mother’s Day as they opened. This may give a great benchmark for what it’s like to eat there when they are extremely busy. In the initial rush to seat people, our drinks were forgotten temporarily. We eventually got them, but every refill was a surprise. I started with Pepsi and ended up with sweet tea, my wife started with sweet tea and ended up unsweetened. Throughout this, the server was actively trying to be attentive and was just a little overwhelmed. I can’t fault them for that considering how busy it was. Additionally the manager came by and gave out $10 vouchers for a future visit which more than made up for the minor issues that the sheer volume of tables they sat simultaneously was causing.
I look forward to a future visit to this location.

5 Stars — Incredible Wings & Service!
We had an amazing dinner at the Outback Steakhouse in Jonesboro, AR. The Scorpion dry rub wings were incredible—packed with flavor and serious heat. Easily some of the best wings we’ve ever had.
Our server, Evelyn, was fantastic. Even though she’s new, she took great care of us and made the whole experience even better. The manager also came by to check on us and was genuinely kind and professional.
Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this location!

Server was excellent, food came out great.
BIG COMPLAINT: the men’s bathroom toilet seat wouldn’t stay up so someone had urinated all over it and in the floor and the paper towels were empty at 4 pm. This is the easiest thing to stay on top of so there’s really no excuse for this.

Had dinner at Outback in Jonesboro Arkansas and the food was pretty darn good! Started with loaded cheese fries, plenty of bacon and cheese but the fries could have been crisper. Had a bowl of potato soup that could have had chunkier potatoes and could have been hotter. My chicken strips and mac and cheese were fantastic though! Atrips were pretty small, but filled me up. Mac and cheese was killer! Our server, the bartender did a great job even thought the kitchen took forever to get our to-go cheesecake out to us! I will say, the temperature inside was more like a refrigerator than a restaurant! All the waitstaff were wearing sweaters and jackets, even with the temp outside in the 90’s!!
