I absolutely love KFC! Every time I go, the chicken is crispy, juicy, and so flavorful. The sides are amazing too like the mashed potatoes with gravy, buttery biscuits, and that sweet coleslaw makes the perfect combo. Their service is always fast and friendly, making it my go-to spot when I’m craving comfort food. Highly recommend for anyone who loves fried chicken done right!

I loved the food. The service, not so good. Ordered a 12 piece original bucket with 3 sides. When the order was ready, they gave me way too many plates but I had to ask for utensils. Then one of my sides was missing. I told them and they just looked at me like I was crazy then I waited and waited. I sat down to eat my food with my family and the green beans never came. Then I went to the counter again and the lady went to the back and put the beans in a bowl. These people seemed totally out of it like they hated being there.

Stopped there today. Can’t say how food was never got that far. Order my food paid and was waiting. Watched the guy fixing my food he was opening boxes that was returned and was making my order with it. And to top it off the general manager name was Sharon. Was standing there eating food over my food and. Other employees were drinking beverages at the same time. When I asked if she was supposed to be eating where they were preparing food. She it’s my food and I said I don’t care whose food it is it’s not sanitary to be eating at the prep station. She you. Need to mind yo business. I said screw that. Just give my money back. The lady at the register said I can’t say anything to her she is my boss. Well employees should learn from there boss how not to act and talk to customers . I report will be filled with the county health department. So also all the tables were nasty and restaurant need a overall cleaning

Traveling the East Coast monthly, I stopped at the KFC in Smithfield, NC for a chicken sandwich. It was the WORST I have ever had! The chicken breast was half the size of the bun! I had to wait 15 minutes to place my order! The sandwich was also barely warm! Other customers just left! Employees just looked up and kept walking without taking orders! This was a Friday night around 7:00 PM! I ALSO noticed it was strange no one was in the parking lot!

Went through the drive thru asked if we need sauce for our kids meal. We said ketchup, got to the window. Asked if we needed sauce we said ketchup. They asked us to pull up, brought our food and no ketchup. Walk inside for the two young men see and ignore me. While one cleaned, the other made his own food. Finally another girl noticed me and asked what I needed. The store was filthy. We would have never stopped here if we saw the state of the inside. My daughter said her food for good though.

Poor experience i did a mobile order they didnt have my food ready waited for about 1 hour & 30min for them to have my food ready noone pays attention you have to speak up! I saw one guy handing food to someone who came after me & í questioned where was my order & he said he would check & started making it after going thru the drive thru 2 times then telling me to go inside & they dont have nothing ready neither!! bad energy they just stare very slow service ontop of that my kid didnt have all his food to go neither the sauces i ordered online!

Employees on break hanging at the front counter cursing up a storm while on their cellphones. Front counter cashier very unfriendly, acting like she didn’t want to be there. They are definitely not there to take care of customers! I do not recommend this location to anyone!
