I ordered fries with no salt. The manager dumped the fresh fries into the salted bin, told me they weren’t salted, and tried to tell me they were fine. I’m allergic to sea salt, the crustaceans in them cause me to have serious breathing issues.
The fact that the manager did this is ridiculous.
The front counter lady was terrific.

I ordered via the app and selected.pick up in drive thru. When I arrived in the drive through i was advised that my ordered showed up on the lobby screen by mistake so I would need to come inside to pick up my order. When I questioned why I would need to do that since my order clearly showed drive thru pick up, their response was, it is just easier for us since it shows on the inside screen. I am sorry but in what world is it ok to inconvenience the customer because theor system made a mistake. What if I had kids in the car, or a broken leg. Very poor customer experience.

Traveling through town, I stopped here. I was not impressed. I won’t return. There are other options. The food was fine, I should mention.
Dining in, the tables all still had wipe-marks (like when they’re “cleaned” with old water/rag), so that was no good. We used our own wet wipes to fix that.
The soda machine went offline so guests had to have them use the drive through fountain to fill drinks.

The man at the window was extremely rude. We went to Wendy’s because we had a reward in the app. He raised his voice at us and told us he couldn’t scan our rewards at the window he was at. He yelled multiple times at us. As we pulled away (not getting to use our reward) he yelled at us “you should learn to listen!”

The staff member that was working the counter as we came in was the friendliest employee I’ve ever had. I wish I had her name. It was about 1045am on a Saturday morning, and she was just so kind. She told me about the deals and specials, and just really went above and beyond. It was refreshing. The store was clean, and well kept. We were just passing through and needed breakfast. Although it was beyond breakfast food time, our meals were hot and accurate.

Great restaurant to go to if you want to be ignored, stood up front with three employees walking around not one of them could acknowledge myself or the line behind me. Lack of leadership.
