I am not a pizza lover, and I will mostly try to eat something else if I can help it. However, I guess I could say that I was pleasantly surprised by the food quality in Pieology. The freshness of the pizza here is probably down to the fact that they are made to order. I liked the lighting and the vibe at the restaurant. The place was also spacious and clean. On a side note, I liked their bathroom sign .
The food:
– The 11’5 pie (3-cheese alfredo, sausage, chicken, mushroom, corn, spinach, olives and pineapples) (10/10):
I thought the pizza crust hit the balance between crispy and chewy. It was also not too thick or too thin. The ingredients also tasted fresh and juicy. The sauce was also savory. I enjoyed every single bite and don’t have any complaints regarding the pizza pie!
– Chicken wings (10/10):
chicken wings were also very satisfying to the last bite! They were juicy and seasoned well.
I have been eating Pieology more often after this first visit because the pricing is well worth the quality of food that they are offering. I would recommend pizza lovers to come and try the pizzas here! You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Our pizza came out fresh and delicious!! The atmosphere was very nice and clean with plenty of seating. We got to enjoy our pizza that came out decently fast and watch the big TV screen. I highly recommend coming to try Pieology at Flamingo Crossings!

We decided to try something different. I’ve always been skeptical of quick service pizza but this was excellent! The pizza is huge! I can’t compare to your typical new york pizza but this is unique and flavorful. They were very busy as they are situated by several resorts and Disney dorms, so it took a long time. Definitely worth it. Just be prepared to wait. Will definitely be back!

This spot has a super chill, urban vibe—ideal for a quick meal. It’s got two main areas with plenty of seating, whether you’re rolling in as a couple or with a group (we were 6 and fit just right, but it looks great for up to 8).
We went all in on the gluten-free life and tried 4 different ones:
– Hawaiian
– Veggie Pesto
– Mega Meat
– Chicken Bacon Ranch
All of them were solid, but the crust really stood out—super thin and crispy, just how I like it. We went for the gluten-free option this time (they only have one size, FYI), and honestly, it was good. No weird aftertaste or cardboard vibes here.
♀️Service is laid-back. You order at the counter, and they’ll call you when your pizza’s ready. The waiting time was pretty average.

Pieology was certainly a gem, and thankfully not even hidden! Once I saw the name it was a no brainer, I had to try it… I ordered for pick-up, the pizza was wonderful, even the Caesar salad was good. The inside has great seating and the environment was really chill. The pizza was ready when I got there and while the salad was being made I got to speak to a woman who was sweeping the floor, from New Jersey (for lack of getting a name, which was something I should have done) and it just put the cherry on top. Everyone is nice there and when I’m back im DEFINITELY getting another pie! 10/10 highly recommend.
