The staff aren’t as bad as many reviews state, but they aren’t people pleasers like Chick-fil-A. They are just straightforward with getting you in and out with your food.
We got the Carne Asada Fries Burrito and the Tres Amigos which is 3 street tacos and a soda can. The burrito was filled with guacamole which ensured it wasn’t dry. Everything else about it was exactly as advertised. It’s plenty of food but just good, not great. The Tres Amigos gives you street tacos that are slightly bigger than average, one being carne asada, one al pastor, and one carnitas. All of them were incredibly dry and lacking flavor. The only one that wasn’t boring to eat was the al pastor, but it didn’t taste like al pastor that I’ve had anywhere else… it was just kind of off and I didn’t quite know what I was eating.
Overall, the experience lacked a reason to come back and was heavily disappointing due to incredibly dry meats.

It’s a small but nice place. I went with my brother and my niece; we tried the carnitas, al pastor, and carne asada burritos. We had them with the green salsa, and all three tasted great. I’ll be back to try more dishes.

If I could leave zero stars, I would I went in today to get myself a number five there was no pico de gallo mixed in with my meat like it showed on the picture. The eggs were overcooked. I paid for extra cheese and extra guacamole It ended up being $33 I asked for extra cheese and I got no cheese instead drove all the way home, looked at my food and realized that there was no cheese. The eggs were way overcooked and it was not what I ordered so I go back there and I let these people know and they all gave me really big attitude. They’re all talking bad about me in the drive-through and when they brought new food out, it was still wrong and when I asked him about it, they got really mad and defensive about it and after 15 minutes in the drive-through, they just told me to get the food back they gave me a refund in cash and they ignored me the rest of the time I tried talking to a manager they said they didn’t have one and the girl in the drive-through was really really rude and I did not get her name because she would not tell me her name horrible service will not be coming back which is sad cause I used to love this place but not anymore.

Got my order wrong and took 15 minutes when there was only 1 car in front of me and no customers inside. I even called ahead right before I showed up and he still got my order wrong. He even had a personal earbud in one ear listening to music – distracted. He kept asking me to repeat what I said, then didn’t repeat it back to me, so I didn’t know if he understood or not – obviously he didn’t. Food tasted good, but it’s not what I ordered for my wife. She wasn’t happy, therefore I’m not happy. Will try other location next time.

I went to day and order a Tres amigos and carne asada fries, using the drive thru, almost 20 minutes later they gave me my order and when I got home, I noticed the meat in my tacos was burnt. In all 3 of them. I couldn’t eat it and didn’t want to drive back to ask for a refund because I don’t live close by. So disappointing.

Me and my friend order their beef rolled tacos and they hands down make the best one good amount of meat in them and they don’t over cook them soft enough to bite into but still get the right amount of crunch mmm 10/10

The food is mediocre, I love Mexican Food and experienced the best and the worst of Mexican cuisine unfortunately this is not the best representation of The flavorful food that Mexico has to offer.
The food arrives with a chemical smell, I think they need to separate the food paper towels and plastic bags when they clean and disinfect the restaurant. The smell of cheap cleaner is on everything. I gave them several chances to see if anything was different but unfortunately nothing has changed.
The service is horrible at the drive through, the lady is rude and condescending. Again NOT a good representation of authentic Mexican service. Do not recommend

My card declined and they gave me the burrito anyway, and then when I came back the next day to pay they told me to not worry about it. They are awesome and care about their customers, and they are also very understanding! The burritos were also AMAZING!
