Worth going through security 2x for. We went through security and realized the terminal had no good food so we left the terminal to go to chef creole then back through security again. Haha! Delicious food and giant portions! Flavors are amazing. Never had such good quality food at an airport and we are well traveled and have been to many airports!

Shout out to Ramses and Gary from the airport location. They were very friendly and helped me understand their menu as I’m not super familiar what to pair with this cuisine.
The food was amazing and portion size was huge! I got the Jambalaya and it was to die for. This was also my first time trying pikliz and I was blown away. I’ll definitely be buying some from their online store soon.

The best airport food we’ve ever had. Jerk Chicken and Jambalaya was simply delicious. Beans and rice was so flavorful and they drizzle the sauce from the main dish over the rice to p it up even more. Portions are insane. We could’ve shared one meal, and we can eat folks. Only place I’ll ever eat again at Miami International %

Oh my gawd. This was so amazing. I missed my connection due to weather and I wasn’t even mad because I found out this gem was here in the airport. What!! It is SO good.

Friendly staff, phenomenal cooking and can you believe this meal including tax about $20 and enough to feed 2 hungry people. I swear it was a double helping of chicken. Everything was so tasty. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Wow wow

I got a jerk chicken plate with rice and beans, collard greens and smothered with their special spicy sauce, plus extra hot sauce pikliz!!! Fire So good. Skip all the other restaurants and come here u guys.

I over heard the flight attendant going to this place. So I decided to go (took me an hour to locate it), and I’m not mad about it. The FOOD & SERVICE was superb, outstanding and fantastic. Every bite was fresh and hot with the right amount of spice. PERFECT! Whenever I flight back to Miami… this will be the first stop.

If you’re commuting through MIA, this no frills place has delicious food! We had a grilled chicken plate – includes rice & peas and plantains (or you can pick salad). Flavour was great, and generous portion!

If you don’t mind leaving your terminal/ going through security again, this place is definitely worth a stop.

I over heard the flight attendants talking about going to Chef Creole for lunch. So I was curious and decided to go too. They did NOT disappoint. The food was fresh and hot and service was outstanding and friendly. Gary was so nice and managed the packed out restaurant well.
I ordered the rice & beans with grilled jerk chicken. YEESSSSS with a meat patty. I just know whenever I fly back to Miami this will be the first stop.

For airport food…it was good but for carribean food it was edible! The BrownStew chicken was very well seasoned to bone, but it just didn’t give “brownstew’d” flavor; gravy was thin & light colored.
The plantains were good, cooked perfect. Vegetable(salad) was good, too, with fresh vegetables! I also enjoyed the music playlist.

I had not eaten all day here at the airport and decided to leave the terminal to grab this food because of the stellar reviews. After re-entering the terminal and getting myself situated at the gate I ate. I ordered griot with rice and peas and plantain. I was surprised at how spicy the dish was; as someone who loves spicy food, I thought i ate a piece of scotch bonnet but I didn’t, the food was just overly spicy. Usually when I order griot, the meat is fall-off-the-bone tender. This one was not; there were few small tender pieces and more large tough pieces. I could only tolerate a few bites because of the spicy and no beverage with me. I will say the dish was full of flavor. While standing in line to board my flight about 30 minutes after eating, I began to feel bloated and moderate nausea. As time went on I began to feel worse, I was feeling acid reflux, severe bloating, painful cramping, constipation, and severe nausea. I had to take several trips to the bathroom before the plane took off. I was almost removed from my flight because of concerns from the cabin crew. Because I had nothing else to eat all day, I knew it was this food making me sick. And it’s so unfortunate because it tasted good. I ended up throwing away the entire meal.

The guys (Ramses’ and Cash) were made aware that the fish was undercooked and inedible, had to throw away. They did offer to remake, but I declined. They were very nice about it, but offered $10 back on a $31 market price order of red snapper. Not really cool.
