Today is the last time i order from here. When i visit. People are rude and rushy to get costumers away. I spend $56 on a uber order just to end up with chicken, fries, apple pies and biscuit but no soda in the 5 tender combo and no bold BBQ sauce either. Its unacceptable how everyone work there is like this. We ask them kindly only to get treated harsh and our food cold and rush. Never in my life have i felt disrespected. Its not acceptable. No customer will ever be happy at a place like this.

The lady that took my order today was absolutely amazing! She had a vibrant spirit and positive attitude that you could feel through the speaker. She was very polite! She’s exactly what you look for in customer service! She’s a great asset to your location and needs to be shouted out for her great work. This is not common in fast food restaurants anymore. After speaking with her she put a smile on my face and made my day seem a little bit better! Her positivity rubbed off!! Please give her the recognition she deserves! I wish I got her name, but I sadly did not.

Only 1 word describes this store. RUDE. 1 employee was totally rude and food was old and they forgot half our order. That was a good response from the so called owner? What else? $$$ some kind of compensation? Look at the cameras from 9:00 to 9:30 pm. I said something to the lady behind the counter and 1 of the employees apologized while the culprit ran to the back. Worst experience anyone can go through and pay for an order that was far from complete. Unfortunately I really like popeyes. I won’t go there again. I’ll stay in Brandon FL.

I come there at least 3 times a week and there are always 2 co-workers by the name of Jasmine and Gloria that is either always arguing or being rude to the customers and the employees. I have seen at least 2 times where Jasmine and Gloria going into the bathroom together and on one occasion I have personally saw them out on the sidewalk kissing. I don’t know if this is allowed at your establishment but it is very unprofessional. Food is okay for the most part I have no complaints. I would say I would call your general manager but she isn’t there when I come. I will be calling and getting in contact with your General manager,district manager and the owner if this continues so they can know exactly what is going on at their business. After sitting in the drive thru 20+ mins and getting home 5 minutes later, my food was COLD. I ordered all white meat and they said I had to pay for it and that was fine by me, but after looking at my order I had 1 white chicken Breast and forgot our biscuits! I called only for them to tell me they only had dark meat left, why didn’t you say it before you charged me! I called and ask to get my order replaced and I was asked to be placed on hold and 18 mins later I’m still on hold writing this review!

It’s all automated, so no human interaction. The chicken is not the same. It’s just nasty. The sides are all different too and SMALL containers. We ordered the meal with two large sides and 16 pieces and they are so tiny we had to order a few more. We thought after they reopened they’d be the same but it’s not. We won’t ever be going back to this Popeyes.

Last night I got a 12 piece family meal and 2 chicken strip meal$70 and the chicken given was so hard and dry that no one wanted to eat it. Ask for fries and had no fries, choose Mac and cheese and cow slaw and when I got home had nothing that I ask but the chicken and mashed potatoes that I didn’t ask for. I felt my money was thrown to the trash and was rip because did not got what I ordered and was far from the place to go back and argue about an order that was done wrong. Management need to step up and be checking these locations to make sure food is fresh and customers gets what’s they paying for

We just got the food today. I tried to call the place 3 times and not getting an answer. The red beans and rice is dry, full of rice and a little bit of beans. The fries didn’t taste good, is not even hot. The chicken we ask for wasn’t even the chicken they gave us. We didn’t get the satisfaction we ask for. My husband got all upset and complaining to me the whole time, he upset me for that, instead he could’ve complained to you guys.

Waited patiently for 20 mins to get hot fries per my request… no problem
Got the order and drove half way home to discover the fries are cold to the touch and hard as a rock indicating that they’ve been sitting up there for a while and not freshly made. Open the box and the chicken order is totally incorrect.. I was too far to go back so I call the store and it appears that it’s a generic mailbox number and not the actual store number… no one ever answered the three times I called and the mailbox was full so no message could be left. This is the stellar Popeyes customer service I often hear about.

Dear Popeyes Management,
On Saturday, November 22, between approximately 2:30 and 3:00 PM, I visited your drive-thru. I was greeted by an employee who was noticeably rude, and unfortunately, my entire order was incorrect. This experience left me very upset and disappointed.
I have always appreciated Popeyes for its food and service, but this visit did not meet those standards. I hope you will address this issue with your staff to ensure better customer service and accuracy in the future.
