I was very impressed with the service we got here when we stopped Friday. We needed a quick supper and got there as they were closing the lobby but they let us in and took our order promptly. The order came quickly, hot and freshly made, and we were on our way again. They could have easily said the lobby was closed but instead let us in. This location was very clean and neat, it is smaller than most but the staff do a great job in keeping everything nice.

If your location does not support specific options that your website offers EVEN AFTER choosing your location specifically then it SHOULD NOT be available to choose on the app! I am so very confused how i was able to choose, modify and pay for a product that you claim you do not offer at this location. And then to make the situation even better, you refuse to simply swap out a product in an available box. This was not my fault, either its your apps developers or your store. whichever it is – it needs to be corrected.

I had a problem the night before with picking up my mobile order, I went in the next day and the staff was super nice and helpful, the manager helped get my food no problems, which I am greatly appreciative for!! Best service I’ve received from any Taco Bell in Pueblo honestly!!

Poor customer service at this location. Missing part of order, had to continuously try to get someone’s attention to say part of order missing. I was the only one at the counter so they couldn’t miss me. While waiting heard one employee talk so negatively about customers, loudly, it was kind of shocking. I like Taco Bell but willing to drive to another location for better service.

I have had several issues with this location over the years. Most of which I feel like stem from poor to almost zero customer service. Wrong orders are a guarantee. Don’t bother placing the order ahead, it will still be wrong. Of course they will charge you for the more expensive item. Also don’t expect fast or fresh food and watch out for bad lettuce. Included are pictures of their idea of a “soft taco supreme”.
