I was really disappointed with my meal here. The quality was not what I expected. The main issue was that the fried skin was completely detached from the meat, it felt like I was eating two different things rather than a single piece of fried chicken. To make it worse, the chicken underneath was watery and very bland. It had no flavor and the texture was completely off. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Super fresh chicken. Great service. Jalapeño peppers were the perfect heat and great taste not to hot. First time having their coleslaw…….loved it a big fan of it. It had a bit of a sweet tang to it instead of the typical vinegar taste of most slaws out there.

This the only popeyes near our neighborhood and the manager at the this location is so rude and unpleasant. The manager decided that the signage in side the store that showed one/deal would not be honored because he stated it had expired despite it being posted with no date. He had the nerves to tell me that he has reported it to corporate as of I was aware of the process. He then continued to go back and forth. Experience was very poor.

Do not order or pickup here it’s a waste of time
These are the world’s slowest people. It’s like watching every person move as slow as the sloth in Zootopia at the DMV. They take 20 minutes to still not ask anybody what their there for. The entire time waiting is just speechlessly aggravating to see just how delicately slow they do everything 30 seconds to lift a paper, a few minutes for placing a couple chickens in a box 2 minutes to bag 4 fries. Nobodies moving. People standing around waiting on their orders all aggravated arms crossed heads shaking group forming. Nothings being handed out. No focus or drive. I’ve now lost a lot of time and money to pick up this order and I’m about to just cancel this delivery. This is ridiculous. Fire and replace this whole staff its not working this place will continue to lose business if this keeps up.

I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. I came in to redeem a simple promo code meal for my family, and it turned into a complete nightmare.
First, we walked across the parking lot, chatting it up with an employee and even held the door for him— we waited patiently while he got behind the counter, only for him to tell us that they weren’t taking orders inside and that we had to go through the drive-thru.
We waited in a very long drive-thru line, and I even placed a mobile order while waiting to make things easier because we had separate orders. When we finally got to the window, it just got worse. They tried to charge me $25 for a $3 order, when I told them this holder was incorrect, the employee said “she looks over 50 and applied a senior discount. He told the young man that he was using his employee rate and taking eight dollars off my total, mind you I had the coupon code so none of this was necessary. After they went back-and-forth, I just decided to skip the code and order a different special that I noticed advertised while sitting in the drive-through, I figured that would be easier for them-at my expense. They tried to charge me $36 for a $15 meal deal, and they never got the mobile order right. The guy who was at the Drive-through window was at least kind. You could tell that he was just not well trained. On two different occasions I asked him to get someone to help him. I tried to remain calm, because I imagined this could be one of my kids at their first job. Each time he asked for help someone walked over, pushed a few buttons and left him hanging again. Eventually, I asked him if he could get his manager.
The manager never apologized and actually told his employee, “Just cancel it so she can go,” as if I was just an inconvenience after waiting almost an hour at this point. I left with no food and no refund for my $25 mobile order. They didn’t give me my mobile order, didn’t hand me any food at all, and told me I had to handle the refund myself, that “I needed to Call customer service or something”. So I left empty-handed, out of money, and completely frustrated. Hungry and now trying to figure out how to feed the family on a school night. Mind you the entire time that this was happening the car in front of us was parked and never received their food. We drove around them as we exited the parking lot.
If you value your time and money, avoid this location. We lost an hour of our evening and absolutely have nothing to show for it! They should have just closed if they couldn’t handle orders! I will NEVER visit this location again! We were regulars…

They have a “Hiring Any Position” sign outside. They sure need it and replace the ones working there. Except the one guy in the counter trying his best to pack everything up all by himself while everyone else is watching including the Manger. Slow slow service because no one helps. Cook doesn’t focus on frying food. All the trays are empty. Long lines outside and inside. Cold soggy fries, cold hard chicken, and i never asked for parmesean on my shrimp but I guess thats all they had available since the cook cant keep up with demand. Horrible place to eat!

This place is the worst we came in on January 4th. At 11:00 we ordered the festive family box. On my receipt it says one classic leg, one thigh, One Wing, one breast and four tenders. What I received was one breast and three other thighs. No one bothered to tell me that that we’re going to substitute the thighs for the other pieces of chicken. The tenders were old and hard. The chicken was old and greasy. We were there on the 21st of December in order of eight-piece $30 meal and the same thing pretty much happened. They substituted pieces out. Didn’t bother to tell us and the chicken was old and greasy. It has gotten to the point that chicken is overpriced at these fast food places. Popeyes you are now fired. We have purchased a Fry Daddy. We will be doing our own fried Chicken at home if we feel like it, but we will not be spending another dime at Popeyes. Horrible experience and the chicken was not good. I spent $21.65 and all we ate was pretty much were the sides and then they didn’t even bother to put the sauce in the bag that we asked for for the tenders. So yeah we’re done with Popeyes!!!

This location hires non english speakers to work the drive thru who can’t form a basic sentence. Location also lies about carrying certain items, was told they didnt carry an item anymore even though it was just released and on their menu.
