Always good chicken and service from this location.
The signature chicken sandwich is a standout, made to perfection with a crispy, well-seasoned coating and juicy, tender chicken inside. One bite, and you’ll wish you had ordered another. Their classic fried chicken is equally impressive, seasoned just right and fried in tallow for that rich, unmistakable taste.
Beyond the food, the experience is just as enjoyable. The staff is extra friendly, making the visit even better, and the restaurant is spotless, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.
Do not order or pickup here it’s a waste of time
These are the world’s slowest people. It’s like watching every person move as slow as the sloth in Zootopia at the DMV. They take 20 minutes to still not ask anybody what their there for. The entire time waiting is just speechlessly aggravating to see just how delicately slow they do everything 30 seconds to lift a paper, a few minutes for placing a couple chickens in a box 2 minutes to bag 4 fries. Nobodies moving. People standing around waiting on their orders all aggravated arms crossed heads shaking group forming. Nothings being handed out. No focus or drive. I’ve now lost a lot of time and money to pick up this order and I’m about to just cancel this delivery. This is ridiculous. Fire and replace this whole staff its not working this place will continue to lose business if this keeps up.
I wish I could give zero stars. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes. I came in to redeem a simple promo code meal for my family, and it turned into a complete nightmare.
First, we walked across the parking lot, chatting it up with an employee and even held the door for him— we waited patiently while he got behind the counter, only for him to tell us that they weren’t taking orders inside and that we had to go through the drive-thru.
We waited in a very long drive-thru line, and I even placed a mobile order while waiting to make things easier because we had separate orders. When we finally got to the window, it just got worse. They tried to charge me $25 for a $3 order, when I told them this holder was incorrect, the employee said “she looks over 50 and applied a senior discount. He told the young man that he was using his employee rate and taking eight dollars off my total, mind you I had the coupon code so none of this was necessary. After they went back-and-forth, I just decided to skip the code and order a different special that I noticed advertised while sitting in the drive-through, I figured that would be easier for them-at my expense. They tried to charge me $36 for a $15 meal deal, and they never got the mobile order right. The guy who was at the Drive-through window was at least kind. You could tell that he was just not well trained. On two different occasions I asked him to get someone to help him. I tried to remain calm, because I imagined this could be one of my kids at their first job. Each time he asked for help someone walked over, pushed a few buttons and left him hanging again. Eventually, I asked him if he could get his manager.
The manager never apologized and actually told his employee, “Just cancel it so she can go,” as if I was just an inconvenience after waiting almost an hour at this point. I left with no food and no refund for my $25 mobile order. They didn’t give me my mobile order, didn’t hand me any food at all, and told me I had to handle the refund myself, that “I needed to Call customer service or something”. So I left empty-handed, out of money, and completely frustrated. Hungry and now trying to figure out how to feed the family on a school night. Mind you the entire time that this was happening the car in front of us was parked and never received their food. We drove around them as we exited the parking lot.
If you value your time and money, avoid this location. We lost an hour of our evening and absolutely have nothing to show for it! They should have just closed if they couldn’t handle orders! I will NEVER visit this location again! We were regulars…
