It’s my fist time ordering here was so excited since there was a good compliment about this place went and ordered some menudo for me & my husband once we get home excited to eat we noticed there was hair in our food! We quickly called to let them know about the issue they man that answer the called didn’t want to believe us at first he assured it was cow hair? It made no sense because isn’t the meat supposed to be washed? We assured him it wasn’t cow hair he then was mad about it and said if we wanted to go back and he’ll give us something different but we didn’t want anything anymore going there we showed him the pictures he didn’t even apologize or anything was just so rude! Such a bad experience

I got the Red Chilaquiles con huevos. The sauce was flavorful and spicy. The chilaquiles were perfectly cooked! (Not too soggy and a bit crunchy) The over easy eggs were also on point. If you want a milder sauce, go for the green chilaquiles. I got it delivered through DoorDash .

I was craving for some good tacos and I am glad I found this location of El Burrito Loco. Taco I ordered was delish. Comes with beef juice to dip in. My daughter ordered shrimp Fajita, I tasted that one also but didn’t like it. I would come back to this resto for some more tacos. Employees are fast and restaurant was kept pretty clean.

The food is great, when it’s made correctly! I asked for cilantro on my tacos. So, when I paid and received my receipt, the receipt didn’t reflect what I ordered. So again I asked at the window please make sure they have the cilantro. I figured the tacos were probably already made so I told him they could even put it on the side. The young man assured me it was made correctly so there was no need for some on the side. Low and behold!…. The tacos in fact did not have cilantro on them. I called and asked to speak to a manager and he wouldn’t even let me speak to even tell him what was wrong with the tacos. Finally he said okay you’re going to come now and bring them back? And when I told him no. He seemed annoyed and said “I guess I can give you a credit for three tacos then.”

Been coming here for a very long time but not anymore.This use to be great restaurant with great, friendly, respectful customer service but now The service at this location in the evening hours is horrible . The young ones have a very snotty, arrogant,rude, disrespectful attitude with respectful, paying customers. They have no respect for adults or customers that actually keep the doors open.The food is still good but after the way they treat you it just ruins the whole experience and dinner. I’m a grandmother & none of my kids or grandkids would ever treat people like they do. They are Very disrespectful, racist towards non Hispanic and negative,Very sad ,We won’t come back!!!!

For the price you’re charging for these tacos you’d expect the asada to be high quality meat but it’s not. The meat looks and taste like they boiled it. They can’t even distribute the onion and cilantro correctly. Service is also bad so I feel ripped off. If you’re having a bad day you shouldn’t take it out on the customer. Fix the attitude. You deserve no stars.

The food is incredible…when it’s made correctly. If you have no modifications then they do a good job. But anytime I say “no tomatoes” to anything because my girlfriend is allergic, there is always tomatoes. Whether I order through DoorDash, their app, or in person, they never get it right. I only order through DoorDash now because if it’s wrong I can at least get a refund. If you order through their app they tell you “we will give you a credit next time you come in” and don’t offer to even get it redelivered correctly. I hate that the food taste good enough to keep me coming back and being yelled at when my girlfriend ends up with nothing to eat.

Just ordered chiles rellenos, red snapper fried in garlic sauce, and a lengua burrito. Everything was perfect. Food tasted great, and portions are well served. Will definitely order from here again. I really really liked the fish. Well done
